It's a nicely appointed, clean, and well stocked store with friendly and helpful staff. While I figured out what they sold I decided to look them up to see what their deal is. They offer plus-size clothing and accessories for women size 10-30. Torrid opened its first store in 2001, in the Brea Mall in Brea, CA. They have over 600 stores in operation across 36 states in the US and is owned by Sycamore Partners, owner of Hot Topic, and US office retail biz Staples. They sell accessories, shoes, jewelry, novelty tee shirts, fashion tops, pants, Capri pants, shorts, skirts, dresses, outerwear, intimate apparel, hosiery, gifts, and beauty products. Bottom line: Nothing here for me, and my honey things it's maybe too young designs, but it's just right for my 30 something daughter.
