I've called and used their website portal multiple times and it seems there's no one there. Essentially, you buy anything from them, you're stuck with it even if it's defective. In August 2025, bought a beautiful premium long sleeve tshirt. Before giving to my daughter to wear, I washed in on cold delicate with a few minutes in a low heat tumble cycle. The gorgeous lettering just flipped off halfway--it wasn't like a corner here or there--it was most of the letters. It's December. The purchase was made in August. STILL NO RESPONSE. Here the FIFTH email I sent to them and still no response: Hi, I've contacted your store several times, using this email portal and via phone calls and voicemail that have gone unreturned. I'm hoping this time, it will get through to someone who can and will follow through on customer service. I come in every year and buy my daughter something special to remember her family vacation. My family has a condo across the street. We've been coming in since the days Ilan and his college age daughter were running the shop. We've been loyal customers. This summer, I bought my daughter an Existing Kids Tshirt in pink with a lovely PK and turtle logo. I washed it on cold delicate partial tumble dry low before she wore it and the letters were flopping off of the tshirt. I contacted the PK Trading Co using this online portal and left voicemail. No response. Another two times, no response. Months later, I attempted to low heat iron the letters back on and it didn't work. I contacted PKTC again. No response. This tshirt is a nice quality and the right color and it isn't wearable. How frustrating. I have photos I'd like to share with you and sincerely hope that someone does respond and make good on this purchase. I plan to update this review IF I receive ANY response from them. If this review hasn't been updated, it's just because there is STILL NO RESPONSE.

I probably spent 30 minutes going through the shirts, over thinking the entire thing. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially John (I believe that was his name, he has long hair). John showed me around, provided helpful suggestions, and kept me laughing the entire time. Another employee helped me find a sweatshirt as well, I didn't catch her name, but she was super kind and helpful. I also noticed that they do not carry 2xl anymore, which is very degrading. They also only label their sizes in letters (ex. S, M, L, XL), so when I went online to buy a pair of shorts in the men's section, there was no size chart available. Also, very observant but floors in the Orange Beach store are not very level, I almost tripped a few times. I also noticed color differences in some of the tops. I was shopping for myself and my girlfriend and some of the clothes on the women's side were more faded than others. All around, highly don't recommend.

She was incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome in a store that can sometimes feel intimidating to walk into. Her kindness and positive energy truly stood out. Coach has a real gem in Ingrid. I had already spent money there multiple times this week and came back specifically to buy that cart. Poor customer service and zero effort to make it right. He was also quick to rip that tag off, so I couldn't go back out and even look at it again. I didn't complain, just told them to have a good day and walked out. I know my little bit of money doesn't matter, but if you treat enough customers like that, you won't have to worry about it.

First off this place is located at The Wharf, a very cool shopping, marina, dining & entertainment complex in Orange Beach, and you can find them on the same side of the complex in the shadow of the Ferris wheel next to STK burger. This locally owned and operated shop have a very cool vibe and it's not the all too common, touristy feel or selections of goods. We were greeted at the door by Steve, a very charming & welcoming gentleman, who immediately asked us if we would like a margarita. Wait, what? This is a tropical apparel type place, not a pub or Taqueria so naturally, I asked how much were their margaritas. The reply was a surprise and fun "they're complimentary". Wait, what? LOL Steve informs us that he is allowed to serve alcohol but cannot sell it, hence free, AND you can even take the drink with you and walk around The Wharf, like Bourbon or Beale Streets. Wait, what? I was very surprised by the free booze and I rarely drink :-) Anyway, on to the store, it is a very charming place with a focus on beachwear & some other cool stuff. I was disappointed because he had some cool flip flops and somebody bought the last size 13's :-( There's some designer stuff, I have no clue because I don't do labels, but other stuff I recognize like Tommy Bahama :-) There's a lot of very cool Buddhas and even cowboy hats, what? I was actually lured in by a dress that the mannequin outside was wearing, and ended up buying it (the last one!) I was the only one in there (it was a Monday morning), and the friendly and attentive girl working there pretty much gave me her full attention. Cute place, worth poking your head into.
