We went to the Nike Factory Store - Foley, Alabama looking for a specific shoe. I asked an employee named Valerie. She not only answered my question but walked me to the very shoe I was looking for. She even went in the back and got additional color options for me to choose from. And to top it off, she helped me download the mobile app, helped me get registered and made sure it was all working. By the way, I have since purchased three more pairs of shoes using the Nike app that she helped me set up. This Employee is incredible. Please, please send Valerie my gratitude. Very trendy store. The atmosphere is very vibrant and upbeat. There are a great selection and deals available for every budget. Really unisual items that I have not seen in our usual retail stores i.e. Dicks sporting-goods, Hibbetts sports. The staff are really energetic too and can be seen everywhere on the floor. read more

They also tease you with fly Nike 6.0 backpacks for $20 and many discounted shoes. The entire Nike Factory Store is the largest thing in Foley and worth stopping by, even if just to see the deals. My niece from Chile was visiting New Orleans with my brother and they did some shopping over there. One of the stores was Nike Foley in 3601 S Mckenzie St, Suite 300. They bought some Nike shoes to take to her nephews in Chile. When she arrived back home and open the presents to give to the boys she found out that the salesman or operator 434229 had packed 2 left feet as a pair. They contacted me in UK to call them and sort out the problem, no much luck, they want the 2 left feet back, shipped back to the USA at my niece's expenses and them they will have to pay for the shipment back to Chile. This was their mistake they should be able to send the kid's right foot shoe free of charge. I am so angry with their customer service response Nike makes enough money to pay for a mistake done by one of his salesman. My company will do it Please share! I am furious!!! read more

My son grabbed the wrong size at their Foley. AL store and wanted to just exchange them for the correct size but the asshole manager wouldn't override the transaction so while at this store, I called the corporate office and they told me that the manager of the store had the ability to assist me. The manager told me that he was unwilling to assist me because it was not his fault that there were boys sizes in the men's area. read more

We had fantastic customer service here today. 3 hot and bothered kids, and they were looked after, fitted, and it was never a bother for any of the attendants that were a part of our sale. I can't remember his name, but a tall Caucasian young man with curly blondish hair served us mostly, and he was terrific. As a result we got 2 pairs of high quality runners for my kids here, and clothing for me too. It was great value at 40% off - thanks very much! read more
