She not only answered my question but walked me to the very shoe I was looking for. She even went in the back and got additional color options for me to choose from. And to top it off, she helped me download the mobile app, helped me get registered and made sure it was all working. By the way, I have since purchased three more pairs of shoes using the Nike app that she helped me set up. This Employee is incredible. Please, please send Valerie my gratitude.
