It was fine until Covid in 2020, they closed the place for 7 weeks which was understandable, but when we told them we were going to a different daycare when we used all our prepaid weeks, the owner said she would not give us the 7 weeks of childcare to cover the 7 weeks they were closed. So effectively, we only received 45 weeks. She said they would honor the 7 weeks if we came back and signed up for another year. While the service they provide is fine (not great, not horrible), just know you're not dealing with people of the highest character (to say the least)...

I have never known such dear wonderful people. They remember my name. My grandchildren are over the moon happy and clean when I come by to get them. They get to know your whole family and they remember you! The personnel is dear and extremely caring of these children. I've been with the Bright Beginnings staff for a long time now. I then selected DCC due to the intimate nature and therefore the health protections and small class size that DCC provides. We have little to no interruptions like many of my friends and the communication is amazing. But the most important thing to realize is that DCC is not a daycare it is a community! The teachers do not see their role as a job but love the children and want to see them develop. Parents give of their time because they believe in the DCC and the community it creates. And the children see DCC as a home away from home and thrive. I could not recommend DCC more!
