Craig spent a lot of time with us and gave us the opportunity to try out different beds. We found a bed we liked and told him that we were going to go comparison shopping before making a decision. He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy. We did go to Macy's plus one other store but ultimately decided that Craig had the best bed for the best price. We appreciated the time he took and the no-pressure approach. We now have our new bed and are totally thrilled with it. I highly recommend Craig as he knows his stuff and gives you the time and space to comfortably come to a decision.

August 3: receive email that lamp was shipped by FedEx. Call sales, same discussion and he confirms cancellation. He transfers me to customer service and she says she spoke to her manager. I can return my selection (the lamp) using a return FedEx lamp I'll be sent. August 6: lamp arrived, called customer service. "We don't usually provide FedEx return label but I've contacted the Direct Ship department. You should be contacted in a few days about the return." Seriously Raymour!!!! Basically they sell very overpriced BigLots quality furniture. Actual sales prices are NOT marked on website or on the furniture in the showroom This lack of transparency forces shoppers to speak with sales people. During the "sale" there was a gaggle waiting to pounce on the next entering stopper. The guy who spoke to me came across to me as high or something--poor articulation and stupid irrelevant chatter.

My first warning something was not right was that they don't tell you when mattress will arrive until AFTER you purchase it. I bought on Dec. 2nd and in the email received after purchase they said it would be delivered on Jan. 2nd "subject to change based on availability". Well I'd expected only a day or two but it was during the holiday season so fair enough. Jan. 2nd came and went and when I looked online at their Track My Order link it said "Order Placed" but still doesn't indicate it's Scheduled or Completed. I wait a few more days then I email them- no response. A week later email again- no response. At this point realize they have no intention of completing the order. I had bought a good quality interspring mattress but it was their least expensive one and didn't pay for anything extra and I used their 10% off coupon. So probably the thing to do was call their phone number and have them refund me but I have hearing issues and difficulty understanding people on the phone. Which is why I bought online to begin with. And realizing it was a scam all along decided to wait for a full month go by and do a credit card chargeback. Hopefully if they get enough chargebacks they will change their scammy ways. Chargeback done. My credit card company refunded me. Never heard a thing from the company- no apology, no explanation, nothing. The mattress I purchased is still available on their site at the same price. When I look today months later the Track My Order site still says "Order Status: In Process" and "Order Placed". Watch your back when dealing with this company. Or better yet just find another mattress seller. Note they also sell under the name Sleep Outfitters.
