They gave us Turkish tea and cookies while Birce talked us through the different options, fabrics, etc. We spent 3 full days shopping at different furniture shops in the city and this was by far one of the best. Because the so far came with such a good deal. The product I bought with has the condition of Like new, So I went through the website to make sure of the condition I expected. I also check out all the policies , including how to return the products and how much they charge for such a process. I booked the delivery date in advance and kaiyo gave me a 4-hour delivery window, which they made it on time. They sent me a notice through SMS 15 mins prior to their arrival as well, so I had enough time to prepare. The items arrived, and the staff brought it up to my apartment (building with elevator). They unwrapped it and were very friendly at any point when I wanted to examine the items. I looked through everything. Even the coffee table I bought with the condition 'gently used' looked like new-ish too. Very very pleased. Hope this review will help people make good decisions when it comes to saving and protecting the environment.

My guests, who are not frequent, put their shoes in the cubbyhole. They certainly do NOT put soaking WET shoes for days in the SAME CUBBYHOLE to make it rust this way. Otherwise, this is where I store my cookbooks. They offered me an outsourced furniture service to 'fix' the issue AT MY COST. The fact that they won't listen to me, or admit this is a faulty piece of furniture, and help me replace it is mind-boggling. For over $700 and Less than a YEAR in my home, NOT EXPOSED CONSTANTLY to WET SHOES makes ZERO sense why this is happening. And instead of being of assistance to keep me as a customer who has spent over $3.5k at this store, it is just sad and VERY BAD service. One would have to keep a wet rag in place for this to have happened in this amount of time.

I threw my receipt away because I wasn't foreseeing any problems I was gonna encounter with this gorgeous blanket. After owning this blanket for three months I decided to wash it. I read the directions it clearly stated wash warm and dry warm which is what I did at the laundry mate. What happened nexts the blanket had burnt patches all over the place. So the nexts question is what do I do just deal with it it only cost me a 140 dollars, or do I take it back and have them exchange it or refund me due to a defected product I was sold? I explained the whole situation to them they appeared to understand my situation. The cashier did try to see if they had another one in stock they didn't he was gonna swap it out. But because they had no more blankets left in store they basically told me I was screwed and there wasn't anything they could do for me. I asked if this blanket could be ordered online they said yes. Because I didn't have proof of purchased they couldn't give me a store credit. I spoke to an operator before heading over. The operator said they could look up my receipt with the card I used to for payment. I did exactly this and it didn't work because I was informed after 30 days they delete all past transactions wtf? If I didn't push and threaten to protest to not leave the store until someone compensate me the staff/management would have screwed me over. 20 minutes later they finally decided to give me a store credit. I got no apologies nothing I left the store feeling like I wasn't a valued client. This is ok I'll just park my money somewhere else!

The next level of service is a white glove service where the unpack, build and place your item. I didn't need that since UPS brings packages to your apt door and I could take it from there. This package was shipped with William Sonomas service - no tracking, no nothing. They dropped an 80lb box that was almost 4' long and awkward a step inside my apartment building lobby. No doorbell ring, no nothing. This thing was impossible to move without assistance. So they're still a terrible company with questionable quality pieces, but now their service sucks also.

He from the beginning was impatient in answering our questions about items and was showing attitude for no good reason. We had a terrible experience in their store when we tried to order goods worth more than $3000. He made a mistake in the order. When we asked him to cancel, rather than cancelling the order, he made a duplicate order without notifying us. Our card was charged twice without our approval for the duplicate order. He, after making the duplicate order, told us that we should come back and return the duplicate item when it arrives to get back our money. We were surprised that our card was charged twice without our approval although we were standing in front of him when he was putting in the order. We asked him to cancel both orders as we did not want to come back to return the duplicate item. At that point he became even more rude and was extremely unhelpful. He said the store manager was not around to resolve this dispute, although it seemed he was the store manager. He didn't seem to care that he lost a customer who was ready to buy goods above $3000. This staff should be held responsible for not only losing a customer forever for Rejuvenation and ruining William Sonoma's reputation but also because he was non-transparent to the customer and charged their card for a duplicate item without their approval. Be very very careful when you order anything in the Rejuvenation store and double check what they are charging on your card. We still haven't got back our refund that was charged on our card without our consent.

They offered me $300, even though the desk isn't usable anymore. This was also after I sent 10s of emails to follow up. While they had the lowest price on the internet for this desk, it truly came at a trade off. The value wasn't there. I should have bought it from other companies who have much better ethical practices and honor product defects. I learned a lesson for you, don't make the same mistake I did!

We paid $2300 for the said sofa, and after contacting their headquarters in LA, we were told they wanted to charge us $695 to replace the cushion INSERT. It's heartbreaking that they won't offer a lower price for some foam and feathers. They claim to be a family company, but they do not treat their customers as such. Be cautious buying from them, because god forbid something happens, they will OVERCHARGE you to replace anything. This is not how you gain repeat customers. I'm livid, and I'll need to buy an INSERT elsewhere. Mind you, I was willing to pay about $200. I'm not a cheap person, but I'm also not a fool.

I had a delightful experience at Coco-Mat Soho. When I walked in, I was greeted by the associate Zografos, who made feel like I was home. The store is greatly designed, and it is nice being there. Zografos offered me delicious Greek tea, and then he explained to me all possible combinations of bases, mattresses, etc. I tried all possible different combinations, based on my needs. On that same date, I made my order with Zografos, and I purchased a Queen base (comes into two parts) and mattress. Zografos made sure in store that I was getting exactly what I needed, and I was confident that I was making a great decision. The ordering process was a breeze. Zografos made sure that I was always up-to-date regarding delivery etc. I visited the store once more to verify some other details, and I had the same great experience. The quality of the base/mattress, praised by Zografos, is actually amazing. The delivery process, was also extremely professional. Zografos even made the trip to my house to make sure that everything was going according to plan, something that I really appreciated it. I waited a few weeks to write the review (I received the mattress on 2/20/2018) to make sure that my sleeping experience was as good as advertised. And indeed it is! I sleep like a baby every night. I am really thankful to the brand and to Zografos for this. I am looking forward to continuing enhancing my bed/mattress from Coco-Mat. I really like the fact that everything is so modular. You can start with a basic combination, but then you can enhance it with more layers, headsets, etc. Thank you Coco-Mat and Zografos! read more

I wanted to really give the bed a test run before I made my final review and after a few months of sleeping on a Cocomat I am very satisfied with the purchase. Zografos provided excellent service and allowed my friend and I to try out all the different models they offer. He offered us delicious iced tea as we tried out each bed. We spent a few hours in the Soho store and Zografos was extremely patient and friendly. He also was very knowledgeable about the different materials that make up a Cocomat I came to Cocomat looking for a different experience from my mattress. I was looking for a "natural, organic" feel and Cocomat's signature is "sleep on nature". Since sleeping on the bed, my quality of sleep has greatly improved. I fall asleep quicker and I'm in bed earlier than I ever have in my adult life. I sleep with a smart watch to gauge my sleep and before Cocomat, I was only getting about 4 hours of quality sleep and not much deep sleep at all. From the first day of sleeping on Cocomat, I am getting on average 7 and a half hours of quality sleep and optimal deep sleep according to my sleep app. Bottom line, I am not just happy with Zografos and Cocomat, but relieved as I have had insomnia most of my life. What an experience. Top to bottom great sales and purchase. We entered the store not really knowing much about the mattresses we were looking at nor did we have any intention of leaving with one but after a very thoughtful and courteous walk through of all of the different types of mattress, topper combos we left with our mattress on order. As former temperpedic users we have experience in the mattress buying world, a difficult realm to navigate for anyone and usually a high pressure /bulk info experience. Stelios was a wonderful host, tour guide, advisor, and an all around great salesperson, also he was a great sport as we worked through the details of purchase and delivery long after the store had closed. My wife got a haircut in the midst of the mattress education as the store had connected with a Greek stylist who was dolling out trims for anyone interested, a very unique experience to say he least. We are thrilled with our CocoMat and look forward to the many years of solid sleep it will provide. It's nice to know that there are companies out there that still value the sales experience and have confidence in their employees to be a good representative of those beliefs. Walking into Coco mat, you are greeted with an ease that inspires deep comfort. . As professionals, artists, and discerning customers, we appreciated the level of individual care that our salesperson, Zografos, exhibited. Cocomat was unique from any other furniture store we entered, distinctly different. We are building a large home in the desert and need quality, comfortable furniture. The salesperson, Zografos greeted us with a buoyant, personable, and knowing attitude, without a hint of arrogance as with some of the other Soho establishments. We felt honored and heard. He proceeded to explain his product and why it was superior to other mattresses. The POINT that seriously sets these guys apart is the sleeping room! Yes, a room that you can TEST the bed of interest for 4 hours! Hahaha, how wonderful is that! You get to sleep there in a darkened, well appointed room for 4 hours. The entire experience was immersive, gracious and intelligently wrought. Zografos is passionate about his product and felt like a friend. I was in the market for a natural latex foam bed made without chemicals and free of fire retardant. I had done my research and knew that the Dupont method used many decades ago was best for mattress longevity and superior to how they are made in mass today with plastics. I had found a vendor in VA but happened to come across CoCo-Mat in SOHO on one my walks. I found their sales force to be knowledgeable and their beds of natural material - so no off-gassing. I'm fairly picky and take time to do my homework. Charles Watson met with us each visit and proved incredibly patient and super hospitable. We made several trips and each time we were greeted with warmth. Needless to say, we ordered a Coco-mat along with two new pillows. i bought coco-mat mattress (Atlas and Iviskos) because it's top quality and very comfortable to sleep on. but their two pieces mattresses create a bump in the middle which is harder than the sides. when you sleep in the middle you clearly feel it's tougher and creates kind of a slope where you fall on the sides while sleeping. i have made a complaint to the quality center and they changed it twice but still the same bump in the middle and sagging on the sides. when you open a case through the quality center all they do is to send someone to check how even the mattress is with a spirit level and replace it. i asked them to replace it with another one and i would pay the price difference but they insisted on not allowing me to buy a different one. after all, im still uncomfortable on a $2k mattress. pity read more

I had been scoping out Coco-Mat products for years and recently finally decided to make my dream of sleeping on a Coco-Mat come true. I am a side and back sleeper and the problem for me with most mattresses is that they make side sleeping painful as they put pressure on my hips. With the Coco-Mat's soft, cradling feel, I am equally comfortable on my side or back. Additionally, the mattresses are very cool, almost like air circulates not just above you but also below. Because Coco-Mats are indeed an investment, we revisited the store several times before making the final purchase. I appreciated how helpful and patient the store manager, Stelios, was. The minute you walk in to Coco-Mat in SOHO you sense beauty and peace. There is warmth and care in the air. The manager Zographos welcomed me. Immediately, I felt at home by his attentiveness and knowledge. It is no coincidence that on one of the walls there is a sign, Philoxenia, which in Greek means friend to a stranger. This is Coco-Mat's philosophy. I was a stranger who was made to feel at home. He offered me iced Greek mountain tea, pistachios, dried fruits and nuts which are available for any visitor. Brad from Coco Mat is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He made my experience in the store an absolute pleasure. The pillows are AMAZING! My husband had purchased me one of their pillows for my birthday and as fantastic as that pillow was it was not the right pillow for me (I'm primarily a side and back sleeper). Brad told me to bring the pillow back and he took the time to show me the best pillows for side and back sleepers explaining the difference between every single one of them. I am in the market for a mattress and stumbled upon a very cool organic mattress company called Cocomat. From the minute i walked in, i was welcomed by a very stylish showroom filled with mattresses and other products made from natural materials. I was approached by a sales associate named Zografis. He made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. He even offered me tea and snacks. Even more importantly, he was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. I've purchased two twin beds and two sets of mattresses and toppers, plus bed linens, duvets and pillows from this company, because of the amazing quality of the products. I've come to realize how important it is to sleep on natural materials. I decided to go with the company's top of the line mattresses - because I prefer (both me and my guests) to be well-rested and cheerful. Well worth the expense. My 2nd only Yelp review but we had such great service with GARY today that it warrants mentioning. Arrived at the Soho location at 12:20, store was dark, door locked and no answer on the phone. We called the Lexington Ave location to ask if someone was coming to open Soho store and were lucky enough that Gary answered the phone. He heard our story and zipped down in a cab to help us. I have been looking for a natural mattress for years. I finally stumbled upon the Coco-Mat store on Lexington Avenue. I had many questions, and Maylene was more than happy to assist me in making the right choice considering my sleeping style. Maylene is a kind, no-pressure representative who knows her product, and its benefits. I'm sleeping at least two more hours per night. My husband and I went to Coco-Mat looking for a mattress similar to what we slept on when we were vacationing in Greece. We not only liked the idea of sleeping in a mattress that was organic, but they are SO comfortable! Zografos helped us find the perfect fit for both the mattress and pillows that we purchased. I received excellent service when replacing my mattress, with the exact model arriving just 4 days after I ordered. CoCoMat is a completely different type of mattress with no springs ; for people who want a firm mattress, this may be the only, non-bouncy firm mattress anywhere, and they have less firm versions for people who don't truly want firm. Zographos is very attentive and a pleasure to work with, and a wonderful host for our event. The store is definitely worth exploring as they have some of the best natural mattresses being made today. He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy. We did go to Macy's plus one other store but ultimately decided that Craig had the best bed for the best price. We appreciated the time he took and the no-pressure approach. First mattress fro Futonland was satisfactory but it was all memory foam, as these mattress was new. It did last 10 years but had it for 12 years. Otis mattress, HALEY 110 is what I dreamed about for years. The depth (8-10 inches), is for real whereas I sit or lie down while I am way above as if I had a box spring underneath the futon frame. I don't need to struggle anymore off the futon. I can't even describe what it is like to sleep on it...!!! You can't any better than the best mattress for a bed itself. The firmness and depth is so powerful, while trying to fold the mattress onto frame, I thought the mattress was another model because I couldn't get it to fold. But I folded the side which was already folded in the box which made it easier, tried the other side again and both sides folded onto futon frame. I hope my description is understood. Kept mattress on floor for 48 hours, flipped on 24 hour time period, to let the mattress expand. On the folded side in the box, I had to place weighted laundry baskets and other items on two other sides for the mattress to completely touch the floor evenly. Mission accomplished. I purchased the mattress through email communication, instead of the in-store although I live in NY. The service online was excellent service, professional and last time I bought mattress in store, I noticed phone conversation & online service was a way for their business. So near or far - you can business with them and Futonland seems to be the only real store still in business for futon mattresses or frames, etc.

After realizing it wasn't the right fit, I exchanged it, but unfortunately the replacement also did not work for me. What I was not made sufficiently aware of when purchasing/exchanging was that apparently you only get ONE exchange and are then completely stuck with the replacement mattress, even if it doesn't work for you. Had I understood that clearly, I absolutely would have approached the exchange differently. I contacted Sleep Loft asking for help and even offered to pay the delivery/exchange costs myself just to switch to another mattress they sell. I wasn't asking them to absorb the additional expense. Instead, I was essentially told the decision is final, and communication afterward has been extremely poor and unresponsive. This is especially frustrating for an online mattress retailer, where customers may be purchasing mattresses they have never actually slept on. A mattress is a major purchase, and comfort cannot realistically be determined from specifications or a brief impression alone. I was willing to remain a customer, purchase another mattress from them, and cover the additional delivery costs. The complete unwillingness to work with me, combined with the lack of responsiveness, has turned what could have been an easily resolved situation into a terrible customer experience. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Sleep Loft read every detail of their exchange policy beforehand and understand that if your first replacement doesn't work, you may be stuck with it. I would not have purchased from them had I understood how inflexible the process would be.

Tufting was done so unprofessionally that the 4 buttons are not centered, leaving the distance from the sides to be unequal. 6. No accountability; when we called to ask for these mistakes, their answer was "it looked ok, we don't know what happened?" 7. Lost the zipper we gave them, and cannot find them. Now we need to find the same fabric, and get the cushion done again. Use them if you are rich and don't care about quality.

It's really hard to choose a mattress on a 45 minute visit, but we were able to after going through the rounds of models. Chauncey was the only rep in the store when we came by-- are there ever more? But he provided us with all the specifics of each mattress. I appreciate that there was never a hard sell, even though he took us through the ladder of more and more luxurious options. He was able to answer any question, with more detail that I ever thought possible. Kind, respectful, and humorous all at the same time. This is the time of the year to buy a mattress (Memorial Day period), if you are going to get one. We got all the discounts available that the manufacturers are making now, and wound up purchasing a slight upgrade to my original pick. Most of the models in the store are available online with similar prices; if you wonder what the benefit is of buying in the store vs online, it's that you get more flexibility with returns, you get to test the mattress in person, and you get a personal service touch.

After waiting for another 2 days, completely silent of course, I reached out and they were "looking into it". Now it's another week and they are silent with my 5K brand new "broken" bed in my apartment. Now I am pissed and asking for refund, so the drama for a simple bed purchase is still going on.
