She was great and had some good suggestions for me, so the purchase went through seamlessly. It's still important to shop around since that area has several options, but in general the piece I finally found with the associate's help is working out fine. Recommending.

I called to make sure I could return or exchange them and provided the sale date and invoice number. I was informed of a restocking fee if no longer in paper (they weren't) and that covers must be in good condition and never used (check & check). Fast forward to today and my attempt to exchange. Initially I was told I can't exchange them because the covers were "damaged." Then told I could exchange for half store credit (to cover costs of refinishing). When I gave the sizing I needed, I was told I would need custom covers for more than double the price (but still get that very generous half credit because, you know, they wanted to do me a favor). When I declined an exchange, it then became 25% store credit of the price because the covers "can't be resold." But they felt bad for me so would do me a favor of still allowing a return. What in the used car salesman is going on at this place? After multiple attempts to escalate to management, I had the displeasure of speaking with owner Mike Rubino, who was as sarcastic as he was unhelpful. While informing me that the radiator covers could now "only be scrap metal," he said the store employee was covering a 25% refund out of his own pockets. Look if you want to steal people's money, just say that. A restocking fee and even refinishing fee is understandable. Keeping people's money just because you feel you can is, well, clearly not. I ended up buying my new sofa here because of the large variety of styles, sizes and textures to choose from. Most other stores, just had a few styles. Best time to shop for the best price is during major holidays. I like to browse a furniture store without a salesperson hovering over me to gab a commission. I got that here. They were more than happy to help me when I was ready for a purchase. It was nice to be able to sit and relax on different sofas and choose from different styles and comfort levels. (Without someone hovering). I already came armed with measurements on how long, I wanted my sofa to be. Tip: Also brought along my handy measuring tape. Finally chose a sofa with a soft but slightly firm feel to the cushions. Best for long term wear and tear. Liked the sofa so much, decided to buy its little brother too. A matching loveseat. They didn't have a sample though, in the showroom. Made both purchases then decided to take one last look at my new sofa before leaving. Noticed that the tag on it, stated the measurements of the loveseat. Wow! Interesting. Good thing I looked. The loveseat was only a foot smaller than the sofa. At that size, it's a small sofa, not really loveseat size. Too big for the area I was placing it. I immediately went back to the original salesperson and was able to cancel the purchase of the loveseat without any problems or looks of disappointment from the salesperson. Salesperson will ask you to buy the add on of a stain cleaning service. I declined because I usually keep my sofa pretty clean. Also I think it's a hassle to get them to come over and clean a spot. Delivery: At the specified and agreed window of time, the deliverymen came with the sofa covered in plastic. They were careful putting down the sofa as to not scratch up the hardwood floor. He also stuck large felt pads on the bottom of the legs, to further protect the floor. Great service. Final note: I notice quite a few other reviews had an issue with their product or delivery service. Fortunately I didn't have any issues with either. I would stop by here for my next furniture purchase. Shop during major holidays for a great discount. I got a fabulous price for my much loved sofa. It's very comfortable.
