Downhill fast after staff changes (UPDATED)…read more Staff is hostile and manipulative, promising a week to move and a tour (3/26), then changing it to 48 hours and no tour when i signed(5/19), now they're saying a day(6/24). I explained that im handicapped due to an accident to Eric but he made it obvious he does not care. Im told that "bart" is the office "boss" but he has no last name, email, or phone number. The woman who worked on 3/29 convinced me to upgrade but no one was willing to find out her name (Faith) or even go look at who was scheduled that day. Everything is "i don't know" with the attitude of "i don't care". I wont even go to the gym for my physical therapy anymore because its so uncomfortable.

They never clean snow, they don't even care if you fall and break your bones. My shoes and amazon packages have been stolen from my door step. When I complained management they said they can't do anything. When we requested them to put secure locks or cameras they said it very costly and they can't do it. Really disappointed with the management and also worried about the security. While I was talking to them another person came and complained about their shoes missing from their door step and they hardly bothered.
