Our pedicures were rushed and they nearly forgot we booked the deluxe spa package. The gel manicure I received was horrible. In the end, they had BOGUS CHARGES added to our service. If you like the convenience of the location (in the mall) and their ability to accommodate walk-ins easily & quickly, you'll enjoy this place. If you're needing a quality mani/pedi, I'd suggest elsewhere. I chose an OPI gel nail manicure, & I should've known it was not going to be smooth from the beginning. The soak-off removal of my previous gel manicure didn't completely remove the old polish. Instead of letting it soak longer, the guy just began scraping away with his metal tool, layers of nail and all. Ouch! I have had many gel manicures & this was the most damaging soak-off. During the whole process, you must sit through the typical unprofessional loud chatter in a foreign language the workers engage in over your head in these types of budget salons. I'm used to that, no problem. You don't go to these places expecting a relaxing spa visit. I'm most disappointed by the final product: Polish droplets left on the skin around my nail bed, bubbles on a couple of nails, & after only 5 days 2 of my nails had swaths of polish peeling off. I went in for a repair, & they were kind enough to not charge me, but it was a sad attempt at fixing the problem. The repair didn't even last 10 hours before the newer layer of gel polish began peeling off again. I went in for a 2nd repair & said I'd gladly pay more for a job that lasts more than 5 days. Here I am after only one day again with the same problem for a third time. I actually got on Yelp to find a better nail salon to fix this mess, & thought I'd give a warning to others out there trying to save a few dollars. To give the benefit of the doubt, the cause of the polish fail could've possibly been the quality of the OPI gel nail polish. Nonetheless, after 2 repairs on the same nails, they made no attempt to discard the bottle. Nor did anyone act surprised or try to figure out why such a problem occurred. Luxury nails & spa right? Well knowing what i know now that was already quite an exaggeration!...Its close to home and conveniently located within the mall so why not. The google reviews show a pretty decent establishment too! Well what a fairytale! As i walk inside i find stone cold emotionless faces glaring up at me then a loud voice screeching from across the room as if I've already pissed them off "what you need?" Im still optimistic so i say to the voice that I'd like a Pedi. Im immediately whisked away to a seat filled with FREEZING COLD WATER! I tried telling the technician if she could you know replace the water with hot water or at the very least add some hot water in. However I should have noticed from the stone cold faces earlier that apparently they were not in a talking mood nor the mood to deal with customers period. The tech did not once look up at me nor speak to me at all only to each other. She however consistently continued to literally hack away at my feet oblivious to the yelps of pain let out by myself in reactions to the deep cuts to my cuticle bed and extremely low to the flesh nail trimming! My toes are literally BLEEDING & SORE, my nails themselves are terribly uneven and jagged, feet are so rough and dry comparable to sandpaper. I wish this was a exaggeration but I couldn't pay anyone to make this up! I was whisked in and pushed out in less than 20 mins paying over $40 for a botched pedicure. However the staff is not very welcoming & constantly stands over you watching the technician and carry on lengthy conversations in another language. My technician said hey to me and that was the extent to any conversation held for the whole hour. This place is awful. I went in to get acrylic nails and the lady did a very quick and sloppy job. Normally when I get acrylic nails done it takes at least 45 minutes maybe at other salons but I was done and thrown out with the nails in less than 20 minutes. My tips are sloppy and not straight. The polish isn't even to the base of my nail! The lady doing my nails spent the entire time shouting across the salon and carrying on a conversation with another employee. She kept tanking my hands where she wanted them to go and was incredibly rude. The worst part was the price was still incredibly high at $50......NEVER GO HERE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is the worst pedi I have ever had in my life. The paint job was fine however the entire pedicure took 15 minutes. She rushed through everything (this was not near closing time). At the end she moved me while not allowing me to dry in the massage chairs even though there were only 2 other customers in the store and no one waiting. After moving me she immediately asked "can you pay me now?" The above mentioned experience was the "deluxe pedicure" which again lasted 15 min and cost $37, complete ripoff. Aside from the experience, the store was swarming with gnats and the massage chair was on its last leg. Save your money, do your own pedicure at home! Let me start by saying they have TERRIBLE customer service here. Very rude and unprofessional. The gentleman that did my nails acted as if he really didn't want to do them the entire time. After pretty much insisting on doing an expensive gel manicure, you had better act like you want to do them. Long story short, I will never return to this place. Not only were they rude, my nails were rushed through and the gel was layered on really thick. I just recently went to get a fill-in at another salon and ended up having to have all my gel nails removed because they were lifting (can cause fungus) and it was way much gel. This place was only mediocre. If you are looking for convenience and super quick then you picked the right place, but if the want a good/relaxing pedicure then don't come here. I left disappointed and maybe I'm spoiled by my nail salon back in Charlotte, but this place didn't give me a foot massage and nail polish was streaky. Nail lifted within two days of getting a fill-in they don't fill in nails all the way so you have to come back sooner. Went back to get lifted nail fix they put super glue on which got under my nail and came off three days later to an even more lifted nail. Fill ins are high and not worth it I paid 35+ tip so 40 and they looked as if I didn't get a fill. Bubbles on new nail paint would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

Her work was sloppy and uneven and is already chipped (gel polish). I did not see a price list posted anywhere. She informed me that a French manicure would be 30.00, just to polish. A "manicure" was going to be 10.00 dollars extra. WTH? Who has EVER had their nails done without having their cuticles attended to? No hand massage, no lotion. The other reviews of this salon are accurate. I had one visit here and I will never return. I asked for a gel overlay (I had never had one before) and the man put an acrylic overlay with a gel curing at the end. I asked several times before we started if that was acrylic and he very conveniently used the language barrier to deceive me. The finished product was sloppy and lumpy. I wish I would have taken pictures but I couldn't stand to look at my nails looking so badly and corrected them myself. I chose a white polish and he very sloppily applied it. He only used two coats when there should have been three applied. He said during the polish that white is hard to apply and acted like he had an attitude about the color I chose. I would not recommend this salon. I heard a girl next to me telling her nail tech that she was using too much glue and that it was running down her fingers. There was a sign in the area where you choose your polish that read: If you drop and break a polish, you will pay for it and clean up the mess yourself. Clearly they have no clue how to treat their clients. Don't waste your money here. read more

The nail tech did a sloppy job so he could move on to the next person. After having him make several corrections, I left because I had spent enough time there. Fri-Sun are busy days for them. I have never been so displeased with a nail shop. My nail tech acted upset with simple questions that I asked about nail shapes. I usually get an overlay, but I decided to try acrylic tips. Well, like any person who has not done something before, I had simple questions about the differences in the nail shapes. The technician acted agitated and then would laugh out of agitation and start speaking to another tech. At one point during the process, I asked how his day was going (due to the unprofessional behavior that he was already exhibiting), and he complained of it being another tiring day at work. As much as I would've liked to sympathize with him, I couldn't due to his already nasty attitude. Anytime I asked a question throughout the whole process, he acted bothered or upset that he had to do his job. I normally love to tip nail techs and the people who have to work on my nails, but he was so undeserving. When I asked him to clip and file my natural nails before adding the acrylic tip, he scoffed. But what professional nail tech would have been ok with uneven, broken nails under their work? He had just taken my overlay off(using a nail tip-which is actually not ok in health standards-FYI) so my natural nails suffered breakage and chipping. Bottom line, don't come to this shop and waste your money here. These type of unprofessional "customer service" people are honestly not deserving of customers or business. read more
