Both times, the office was running "on schedule" and I was seen on-time. The office staff is professional and well organized. You receive a printed copy of an "after visit summary" that details your visit, lists your next visit and any instructions like required blood tests before your next visit. All of this is also available online in MyChart. I was very pleased with Dr Biter and his entire office staff. I had a sense of being in good hands.

He is in his late 30's so he will be around for awhile. I've had 2 doctors retire in the past couple years so I wanted to make sure I got a youngish doctor that wouldn't be leaving anytime soon. The office is just north of 270 on Cleveland Ave, just south of St Anne's Hospital so it's very easy to get to. The office is nice and clean with plenty of parking close by. When I get my blood work done in advance, the Saturday morning before my appointment, there is a very convenient place across the parking lot in the back lower level of the hospital. I asked if the girl taking my blood was familiar with Dr. Murithi and she said she didn't know him but had never heard anything but good things about him. I said that's exactly how I feel about him too! The last time I had blood work done there, it was with a different person and she said the same thing. I'd say that's a really good thing to hear about your doctor!

They have a kiosk to sign in and immediately the first office/staff gets you in 7 minutes or less. I have recently been a patient in the infusion department and they get you "checked in immediately". It was 5 minutes and I was taken back to a private section with nurse Sara. She was kind and explained about my procedure. I got "hooked up", got ice water, a snack and my favorite Soap on my tv. It was wonderful! I have 4 more visits and not hesitate to go. I also want to say, I have been going to Dr. Saha and previously Dr. Singh, and treated me with respect and clear about my medical condition. Dr. Saha is leaving now. That I wasn't expecting but 2 new doctors are coming in and I'm sure the quality of service will not change. I hear a few people complain about FMC on Ewing Street but I don't know why. Maybe if they would talk to someone or if they receive a survey they could express their concerns. But for me I receive excellent service. I send "kudos" to the Hospital Administrator because you/they are doing Lancaster a great service. Thank you!

I could tell he a good bed side manners he had a great sense of humor. And most importantly he was very knowledgeable about the kidney he was informing me on some test he wanted to run and why he wanted to run them which I had no problem with. then he said he want to see me in 3 months. The only bad thing I didn't like about the place was very difficult to find... It's on pine road and it's off East Galbraith... So evidently pine road has like couple different sides... But make sure you leave early so you can find it it's at the dead end street

He stresses to the patient to significantly reduce salt in my diet. Dr. Khan will call the patient on the phone in order to obtain the most updated information. I highly recommend Dr. Muhammad Saeed Khan. I give Dr. Khan 5 stars out of 5 stars.
