There were some fixes needed during our stay. The management and maintenance team responded to our requests in a very timely manner. For example, There were two ceiling fans that makes weird squeaking noises in the house. After we reported the issue they immediately contacted the property owner and brought two brand new fans for installation. No hassle, no extra charge, no back and forth arguments. We are very glad that we chose this company instead of renting from a private landlord. I think they are very professional and have a high quality of customer service.

The house was advertised to be noise-proof but I can hear the neighbor's conversations. Not to mention the sounds of their dog walking around the house. It's not the neighbor's fault-- they are just living their lives. But wow, I have lived under at least 5 different housing management teams before and it has never been this bad. Maintenance requests do not get done until couple months later, and even if they come over to fix the said problem, I can't tell that it was properly fixed. I honestly can not WAIT until I can move out of this house. EDIT: Bijan (the landlord) and I had a conversation. We came to the consensus that there was quite a bit of miscommunication on both sides of the party. Bijan definitely cares about the tenants' well-being. Once a distinct & straight-forward maintenance system is placed, I have no problems with this management company.

Perfect is what you make it, as to clean is what you choose to put your own hands and elbows to do, making it your own standards. Our son is all moved in! And might I say we've gotten perfection, y'all as well as clean. His apartment is......Ahhmazzing! Upon moving in sink was stopped up and boiler was needing replaced as hot water wasn't working entirely hot. I add in these details not to complain but to show the urgency and care of this property management as to how they were on their toes and not relaxing to satisfy their tenant. A work order was put in that next day, and maintenance came instantaneously that day. The next day a brand new boiler was brought in and installed. We've got hot water, folks! Sink is fixed as well. I've lived ten years in an apartment and I've never had my maintenance request answered and fixed with such dedication and urgency. Where they do that at? VENICE PROPERTIES! Anna at Venice properties ensured that my son's apartment was more than habitable. Anna made sure that whatever issues may arise that he follow steps and assured our son, her tenant that they would be taken care of the first day upon arrival when meeting for the first time in person. And I will say that it's only been one and a half days and "High Honour" is what we've been shown and trust is what has been gained. No frills here. Just a property manager who lives up to her word since speaking with her 5 months ago, with a stupendous maintenance team. My son loves his new "digs" as does his parents. Let's not forget the welcome gifts which were a touch of even more awesomeness! Next up for 2027 two bedroom with Venice Properties One more thing....Everyone needs a property manager who's responsive, kind, and truly caring, and dedicated to improving others quality of living up under her as, Anna @ Venice Properties is. Again, I can't thank her enough. Thank You! Move in date August 15, 2026.

Most of us know how dizzying and mind-boggling searching for a new rental can be…read more First you have to determine in what area you want to live. This decision is based on an array of factors including consequential information and mundane details. Next you have to envision your future home. Is it a studio apartment with great hardwood floors or a two-bedroom condo with an excellent view of the park? Is the rent in your price range? Does the landlord allow pets? Are the neighbors friendly? What is parking like? Where do tenants dispose of their trash? It's a lot to think about. I know; I just went through this experience myself. Fortunately, the Internet makes this information a little easier to gather. You can answer many of your own questions with a few simple left-clicks of your mouse button. Heck, you can even house-hunt in your pajamas if you like. But even Internet searches can be time consuming...unless, like me, you happen upon Metro-Rentals.com. Metro-Rentals.com is an ingenious website that acts as the perfect tool for apartment owners and managers to help lease their available units. Having a web-based site allows Metro-Rentals to keep content fresh, relevant, and accurate. Metro-Rentals.com provides all of the photos, descriptions and maps you need to help you make an informed decision about a potential new home. Available units are advertised in a clean, easy-to-read, information-rich format. Metro-Rentals.com is also neighborhood-centric meaning it stresses the importance of finding a home based on where you want to live, not because of price point or number of bedrooms. Clicking over to sister site Think-Urban.com was dizzying - in a good way. This site differentiates one Columbus neighborhood from another. As a newbie to the Columbus scene, I found it easy to tune in to what sets the Arena District apart from the Short North or Campus Gateway or Clintonville. I can easily see how residents of each area use the site as resource tool for urban living. The information listed ranges from where to put your rubbish, park your car, and curb Fido, to where to find the cheapest gas. Furthermore, special topics like urban parking, urban transportation, urban restaurant reviews, and Columbus outdoor venues and festivals make the site visitor-friendly. One more positive: each site has a look that both distinguishes it as its own entity and shows the connection to sites within its family (also check out Suburban-Rentals.com). One negative: the editorial could be rotated more often to maintain user interest. The kicker? Metro-Rentals stays in business by making landlords pay to put their information on the site. This keeps the content unbiased and means no ads and no subscription fee for you. Life is good.

Swiss was by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a property management company. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I set up a time to see an apartment using their online system. No one answers their phones so you won't be able to do anything with a real person. Multiple calls with messages were returned with text message to use their online system. Their reservation system is very similar to most systems out there today. Received a text the day before the scheduled showing that I needed to confirm or they would cancel. Confirmed immediately and received a confirmation text we were all set and to call a number when we arrived. Drove from Cleveland the next day and arrived a few minutes early and tried to call the number multiple times with no answer. Finally receive another text (it was a real person because there were miss-spellings), saying they were sorry and can I reschedule for tomorrow. Really? I told them tomorrow doesn't work and asked if they were able to do early afternoon after my other appointments. No answer for about 4 hours. At around 3:00pm I got one more text asking for a specific time. Basically responded with what I wrote here. I feel bad for the people using this company to manage their properties. Complete lack of professionalism and follow through. Seemed like the person was on drugs. Hope it wasn't true from a personal standpoint but you really have to wonder.
