The place was apparently sold and caters to a ... different ... demographic now. It seriously was like feeding time at the zoo. Any conversation was impossible. Even our server, when she wasn't busy shucking and jiving with other party animals, couldn't hear when we placed our pretty simple food and beverage order. Very frustrating, and a sign of things to come. The smell of marijuana in the parking lot should have tipped us off. No drinks appeared after 15 minutes. Finally three of the four drinks arrived. The first food arrived 26 minutes later ... but only two of our four orders. Eleven more minutes passed, no food, at which point we walked out. The sheer "din" of the noise was painful. People were screaming to be heard in conversation. We couldn't take it. We paid and left. And the cashier person (I hope it was a cashier) thought it was funny. It wasn't. I should have read the current Yelp and Google reviews before choosing this place. Disaster! RIP, Wild Wings. Enjoy that new demographic.

Sadly I am not writing this review from a yacht bought with my winnings...but we did leave $200 up,…read moreso #winning! My dad and I landed here for a quick boys weekend at the casino. After reviewing the other Wind Creek location and nearby Victoryland, we decided this WC would be a good spot for a chill and hopefully lucky weekend! My experience started a few weeks before arrival, actually during booking, where I reached out via webchat to the property. On BOTH occasions the service was just awful. The associates were not helpful, not engaged, lacked basic etiquette and were just unpleasant to interact with. I raised my concerns and connected with one of the Leaders on site. I appreciated her acknowledgement of the service failure and at that, we moved forward with our booking and plans. We arrived around 1pm and figured we would get a head start on the floor if our room was not ready, which is was not. We spent about an hour on the floor, then got the text our room was ready. We checked in, went to the room, got settled and then made our way back to the casino floor. This is where we met Jonathan, a floor attendant, who was super friendly and helpful. He guided us to the players counter, and we signed up for our players cards and accounts, which came with $30 free play plus $10 food/beverage credit each! Once signed up, we hit the floor and made a day out of it. This casino is slots only, no table games. Majority of the slots are penny machines, but you can select your denomination and go up to $1 per spin if you want. There is a "high roller" area where the machines start at $5 per spin. The casino is one large winding room filled with slots. The whole space is non-smoking but there are non-smoking rooms throughout, which wildly stay packed. As with most casino's, there are servers wandering around the floor and delivering drinks. The catch with "free" drinks here is you can only order a drink once you have spent at least $15 at your current machine and you only get one drink per 20 minutes. Machines are standard, nothing too exciting or anything that takes a lot to figure out There is a good variety and we found a few favorites that kept us going throughout the evening. There are a few food outlets on site as well from BB Kings to Lucille's and a nicer dine-in restaurant that sits above BB Kings. We ate at BB Kings twice, once for a snack and cocktail, the other for dinner. Lucille's was a grab and go area, so we got that on our way out for a light bite. Room service was an option, but they had limited hours and closed at 11pm...which is wild at a casino on the weekends. We ended up having to Uber Eats at 1130pm once we were done with gambling as all the outlets had closed. Our room was nice, outfitted with plenty of outlets, a mini-fridge, coffee maker and a few comforts to make the stay a good one. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the additional seating so we didn't have the hang on the beds when in the room. Service on site was friendly and helpful for the most part. A different vibe than what I experienced prior to booking/arrival. Overall, solid 3.5 for me, but I am okay with the 4 stars. Definite repeat of boys weekend ahead!

Which is true It was a pretty big casino compared to others we visited. There are No table games but lots of slot machines when I say a bunch..... it's a BUNCH of slot machines for everyone. I visited Cashman's Pub on Wing & Whiskey Wednesday and had a mixed experience overall…read more Let's start with the positives: the food was excellent. The Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls were just as amazing as I remembered, and the wings were cooked well. The food is definitely the highlight and the main reason I'll be returning to try more menu items. However, there were several areas that could use improvement. I ordered a tequila and pineapple juice drink, but it tasted watered down and lacked balance. It fell flat and wasn't very enjoyable. The blue cheese also wasn't appetizing and didn't pair well with my lemon pepper wings. I ended up using ranch instead, and I believe I was still charged for the blue cheese. The service was pleasant but inconsistent. My server was friendly and polite, which is why I still left a decent tip, but she didn't check on me as often as expected. I also found it unusual that I had to send my tip through Cash App because their payment system doesn't allow tips to be added directly to the receipt. That process felt inconvenient and outdated. The atmosphere has a lot of potential. The building itself is beautiful, and I love the overall ambiance. However, the seating could use some attention. I wore shorts, and the booth cushions were worn enough that they scratched my legs. The restaurant could also benefit from having a host or hostess. When you walk in, you're left to find your own seat, and there doesn't seem to be much guidance for guests. It appeared that there was only one server covering the dining area when I visited around 4:30-5:00 PM. While it wasn't particularly busy, having additional wait staff and a dedicated host would likely improve the customer experience significantly. The staff seemed nice and professional overall, but the restaurant would benefit from additional training, staffing, and a more organized front-of-house operation. Overall, I'd rate my experience 3.5 out of 5 stars. The food is absolutely on point and keeps me coming back, but improvements in service, seating, and guest hospitality would make a big difference. Cashman's Pub has tremendous potential, and with a few adjustments, it could easily become one of the area's top dining spots.

We walked in and nearly every table was dirty so we opted to sit at the bar area which was not fully clean either but was a minor issue comparing to the other tables. I asked sis if she wanted to walk somewhere else to eat because we were in paid parking for 2 hours. It took 40 mins before our order was taken both drinks and food. The tea was terrible. I switched to water. We were observing how 2 people while came after us got their food before we did. We could tell they were regulars but that should not matter. When our food arrived, my sister stated I thought you ordered grilled chicken salad. I said I did but I will not send it back because it may take too long. I glanced the salad and continued eating my soup. The party next to me had some issues and sent their salad back which came out wrong again so after looking at mine I said this salad should have been hers and the one she initially had was mine. So they said they did not mind to switch because I hadn't touched mine and I was ok with that as well. I told the girl to just bring my eggs to go on the salad to make it correct. We and the party next to us boxed up our food and took it home. We all agreed it was simply too filthy to eat in there. Half of sis food was cold anyways. There were issues all around. A customer picking up food ended up cursing out one of the 2 servers they had. I have no clue exactly why this place was functioning as such but this definitely was a management issue. I was surprised the two servers did not walk out themselves. They were doing the best they could with the exception of unnecessary chatter at times with regular customers. I do know that I would NOT dine here again.
