To help us assess and resolve quickly, we'll need a bit more information. If your order was delivered in the last 14 days, please complete our simple claims form here: www.rinse.com/customers/claim. Please include: 1) Photos of the items 2) A link to where the item (or comparable) can be purchased online. After my first 3 visits or so, it seemed the whole staff knew me on a first name basis and it's even gotten to the point that when they see my car pull up, the have my clothes ready for me as I'm walking in the door so that I only need to be in there for about 10 seconds to get my clean stuff and drop off my dirty stuff. If you are looking for INCREDIBLY fast dry cleaning with no hassles, there is no better option than Crest, I drop off my clothes daily at 10:50 and wind up having it done before 3. despite their claim being in by 11 out by 5, they meet and exceed expectations constantly, easily making them the best value in dry cleaning in the area. I have tried 3 or 4 different cleaners in the area now, and at this point I'm dedicated enough to Crest that I'm actually taking their location into consideration while looking at new apartments because I do not want to move too far away from my favorite cleaners. These guys really can't be beat.
