This cleaner offered the best price to clean a suede jacket among three in this area. Around this area, any leather or suede products are sent to a specialist to clean according to three dry cleaners. When I needed to clean my daughter's suede jacket, I went to three dry cleaners to ask estimate price. Two cleaners answers were "Not sure", since the specialist decided the price. They would only know the cost after receiving the clothes back. The one said, "Maybe around $80." The second said, "Maybe around $60." Only this cleaner said the determined price $45. Nobody shared the specialist name, but since it seemed like sending to one specialist, why not taking the best price?! Also, I didn't want to be surprised to know the cost after receiving, so I decided to use this dry cleaner. The suede jacket came back clean and I was very satisfied and trusted this professional cleaner, so I asked how much it would cost to dry clean our silk curtains. The owner(I think) told me he needed to see how the curtains were damaged from sunlight. If the curtains' material were damaged, it's not worth to dry clean, buying new curtains is better option sometimes. So, I'll bring our curtains next time to ask the professional opinion. The inseam lengths were off and the one original hem I requested was terrible. Also, the regular hem jobs were poorly executed. -They measure you in their untidy bathroom. +The dry cleaning is good, but take your tailoring and alterations elsewhere. +They now offer credit card payments via Clover, but have a $10 minimum charge request sign posted. I've been taking my dry cleaning here for years now, and they've always been reliable! When I first started going here, their prices were $1.79/shirt, but of course with time, their prices have inflated to $2.29/shirt. Still, not bad considering other places I've tried in the area that charge more. For context, I've only had button down shirts, dress pants/chinos, suits, and winter coats dry cleaned with them. I haven't done sports jerseys or jeans, or any tailoring with them. They also run an honest business. My wife took one of her jackets here that had different material throughout, and rather than just saying they cleaned it, they told her they were unable to clean it and refunded her her money. Any other business could have just said they cleaned the jacket and kept the money, but they were honest about it. This place has pretty much everything you could ask for in a simple dry cleaners: honesty, fast service, fairly cheap pricing, and friendly workers. read more

Great service and business! After having nightmare experiences and clothes ruined, I searched for cleaners and stumbled upon the reviews. Thankfully, I followed their advice and now I don't have to worry about my nice clothes getting ruined!! I went on a Saturday and although they were busy, the line moved quick. It was my first time and I let them know the stains I wanted removed as well as what I thought were delicate parts in the garments. The lady seemed really knowledgeable and cover a button with foil so it won't fall off, made sure a garment was washed and not dry cleaned so that the glitter buttons won't fall off and marked all the stains. When she did all that, I knew my garments were in safe hands. Picked them up a few days later and they were clean and spotless! Really recommend and will be going back! read more

This was my first time going to a dry cleaners and I think overall it was a pretty good experience! All of the stains in my clothes were out when I picked up my clothes. They did such a great job with them! The only problem was with alterations and tailoring. They hemmed the bottom of my jeans slightly uneven and a little too short. But it's nothing too bad! I hate taking my clothes to get dry cleaned because they seem to fade and/or shrink after a while. Sometimes they smell like chemicals too. I've been going here for a while even though there are many other cleaners closer to my house. I just build up a big pile before I head out there. My clothes never come back with any sort of chemical smell and they're usually ready the next day. I tried this place a few times and each time was disappointed. I loved the convenience of the in by 9 and out by 5, as well as its' convenient location. The problem is the way the clothes smell. I thought that it was perhaps just the first batch of clothes but we gave them two more tries and the outcome was the same. They don't smell like chemicals. The smell is remniscent of clothes that have been left in the washer for too long before being dried. My husband told me this morning that his pants smelled like mildew and wet dog. Not a great way to start the work day. I'd love to be able to give them an updated review in the future but we will not be returning there. I don't know what causes the clothes to smell so funky (our clothes do not smell when they leave our house) but I hope that they address the issue. I would not recommend taking your clothes here no matter the cost savings or convenience. read more
