Laser tag was really fun. Game master Brie was awesome. Every round was different from teams to free-for-all and even infected. They also have axe throwing and lockers for our belongings.

We utilized a groupon and had a blast in both escape rooms. I would highly recommend this as a date night.

I honestly don't even know how to describe how disappointed I am with Battle House. We are regular…read morecustomers and have spent our money here multiple times, I've been coming here since I was very young which is exactly why this experience was so frustrating. MY GUN WAS BROKEN 3 or 4 TIMES I MISSED BASICALLY HALF OF MY FIRST SESSION The level of professionalism from the staff was absolutely unacceptable. An employee actually joined the other team during our laser tag game and was openly cheating alongside them. My girlfriend's brother and his girlfriend were on that team, and the employee was telling them how to cheat and giving them information during the game. When my girlfriend spoke up about it, the employee argued with her before eventually being told to calm down. Watching an employee actively participate in cheating and then argue with a paying customer who called it out was ridiculous. Then we pointed out another person who was openly cheating. The person was eliminated and then stood around giving information to their team so they could know where people were. When I brought this to the employee's attention, I was basically told there was nothing they could do because the person "wasn't there." Then I was threatened with being kicked out if I continued to be "disrespectful." At that point, I wasn't even trying to argue anymore. My time was already basically up, so there was no point in continuing the conversation or asking for a refund. But the way my girlfriend and I were spoken to was completely unacceptable. There is a huge difference between enforcing rules and disrespecting customers. If an establishment has rules, enforce them fairly. If someone is cheating, address it. And if a customer has a legitimate complaint, have an adult conversation with them instead of arguing with them and threatening to kick them out. I'm a regular customer, and after this experience I can honestly say I have no reason to come back. I don't care about getting into an argument with a minimum-wage employee, and I certainly wasn't going to turn a stupid laser tag game into a physical confrontation. But that doesn't mean customers should have to sit there and tolerate being disrespected. I expect professionalism from businesses, and I expect employees to know how to de-escalate a situation rather than contribute to it. Battle House needs to seriously train its employees on customer service, conflict resolution, and enforcing its own rules fairly. Being a regular customer apparently means absolutely nothing when the staff is willing to treat you like this. Extremely disappointing. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. My instagram is @ilyyuvraj my email is patelyuvraj424@gmail.com hope someone from management reaches out we can talk about this further. Ive heard you can also get banned for writing bad reviews isn't the proving the people right? To be honest I don't care won't be coming back anyways

I am not easily impressed but these guys rolled out the red carpet when it comes to making an occasion memorable. Plus they take their job serious. Meaning you will enjoy yourself. They are punctual and professional. They take time to set up the grounds with camouflage tents, explain the rules and happily answer any questions. It was really a great experience. What impressed me the most was that it was a really cold day. I could barely feel my hands. I honestly thought we were going to postpone it but we ended up doing it and having a blast. Oh and did our event coordinator (Danny) complain? Nope! Not once. He remained enthusiastic and made it a memorable event. Trust me you'll love this. The kids had a lot of fun and the adults too. One of the cool things about it is that they come out to you. When you have other things to to do this is one less thing for you to worry about. They set up right in your backyard or in a nearby park. The options are limitless. We will definitely do this again in the summer. I want to give Danny big kudos for making this an awesome birthday. Keep up the great work and see you in the Summer. Viva the Blue Team!! And may the force be with you...... always. (Oh yeah, the laser guns sound like Blasters from the Star Wars movies. Very cool) -Eddie (Blue Team Captain)

Though it is pretty awesome with carnival games, old school and new age games, virtual reality games / motorcycles / cars, etc. There is a challenging, exiting go/cart track, huge slides, basketball and other courts, a maze with laser tag, and so much more. My favorites are the rides. They have a spinning, fast roller coaster. As well as an exciting giant drop that goes up and down instead of just one drop. My other favorite is the mini golf courses! Like the rides, they have two courses which are both so fun and completely different. One course is in the center of everything (similar to an outdoor course). The other course is in a separate area and is glow in the dark, which is always a fun change in my opinion. They have a full bar. Food is also served though unsure if it's plates, apps, tapas, or what exactly is served. Employees genuinely appear happy and are so polite, friendly, and considerate. We have already been three times in around 6-7 weeks so safe to say it's my new favorite spot. You know I'll be back and highly recommend to all ages and relationships looking for something fun and unique to do!
