Professor Alfred and Coach Sasha are amazing. They truly care about their students. Alfred explains things thoroughly and will work through any technique you have questions on. My daughter is transitioning to the adult class and she loves it as much as she loves the kids class. Great location , there are free parking lots in the area, close to restaurants and coffee shops. The facility is very clean and well maintained. They offer a free trial class and will loan you a gi if they have your size. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. We've met amazing people/friends here - Alfred, Sasha, the students and parents - everyone is like a family. It feels like home away from home. I'd recommend this place to anyone. It is open to all women regardless of previous experience (or in my case no experience) and Professor Amanda does a great job of making the classes fun, informative and challenging.
