We hired Tim at Fig Tree Construction to remodel our kitchen and dining room. We were not dissappointed! The end result is a kitchen and dining room that more than fulfilled our desires, all brought in on budget. Tim was very good about providing detailed line item descriptions and allowances, and worked with us to save dollars on some line items so that we could upgrade other items. We were quite pleased! About 90%+ of the project was completed ahead of schedule, but styling disagreements with one of his subs, and a related material shortage, caused the overall project to extend well beyond the original time-frame. Rather than allow this to become an even bigger issue, Tim worked diligently with us and the sub to come up with an agreeable solution. We had a great experience with Tim at Fig Tree Construction, and couldn't be happier with the end result! We found Tim to be personable, honest and easy to work with, and always ready to offer his opinion and/or provide options during the process.
