This place is awful. They had a broken therapy table in the first room on the left, yet it's the one they put me on every time because other patients were in the other rooms. Don't overbook appointments, then? Dr Payne rushes through every visit, he's done with adjustments in under 20 seconds flat per patient, and my daughter felt he wasn't careful and refused to return after several visits because she was scared to go. They also charged for services that weren't actually rendered, causing a bunch of headaches for me. I very much regret taking my family here. read more

Me and my family have been going to Dr Payne for years. We have moved a little ways away from him, but any chance we get, we go to see him! Since we moved, we've tried a number of different Chiropractors, a few of them have tried putting us on yearly contracts, different ones over charge, but from the very beginning, Dr Payne has been honest and upfront, and ABSOLUTELY helpful with all of our adjustments, shock treatment, etc. Do yourself a favor if you need a chiropractor, and trust me, thanks to the education from Dr Payne, you need it! This man should not be adjusting anyone. The one and only time I went to him, he had me lay on my stomach, then he PICKED UP MY HEAD AND VIOLENTLY TWISTED IT, like you would see in a movie when someone breaks a victim's neck! I felt a shooting pain down both arms, and my fingers went numb. I've been going to chiropractors for decades, and NEVER has one adjusted/twisted my neck while I was on my stomach! For a year I was in pain that I wasn't in before, my arms were partially numb, and I'd lose feeling in them unless I put my head up or back. I wanted to sue this horrible "doctor" but couldn't prove he'd hurt me but trust me, he did. When I told his nurse, he didn't contact me. All I got was, "I'll be sure to tell Dr. Payne." And that was it. Now as a result of his mishandling of me, I have Brachiordial Pruritus. Stay far away from this monstor! read more

Dr. Payne has helped me after injuries and with headaches. I've been rear ended multiple times in the 23 years I have been his patient and he has been pivotal in my recoveries. After your initial consult at your first visit, he will tell you when he would like you to come in next and you can pop in on that day at your convenience. Once he has helped you recover, you can still pop in if you need an adjustment that day and he'll get you back on your feet. Usually, your in and out. For about 1 year the pain in my left arm and shoulder had progressed to the point that usage was very limited. Thru adjustments the pain is gone and my range of motion has returned.
