From start to finish, each team was dependable, professional, incredibly thorough, paid attention to every detail, friendly, reassuring, and highly knowledgeable, helping us feel confident throughout the entire mitigation (Jacob, Chad, Drake, Alex) and restoration processes. This also applies to the finance department~ Linda was most accommodating in all aspects, providing exceptional customer service. Servpro addressed any concerns we had, kept us informed throughout the process, and often worked directly with our insurance company, making our stressful situation much easier to manage. Most impressive was observing Rob and Jacob during the restoration process. This duo team replaced the damaged drywall, painted it, installed new flooring, restored baseboards/ siding, painted the baseboards, then put furniture, etc. back to their original areas. Both were meticulous, always cleaning up after themselves, leaving the site neat and organized each day. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, our home was not only restored but improved, looking better than it did before the damage occurred. SERVPRO provided pictures, etc, and kept the lines of communication open throughout the restoration process. All crews cleaned the affected areas, ripped up ruined floorings, and used large fans/dehumidifiers to soak up the wetness; mold growth did not have a chance! SERVPRO employees were efficient, proficient, and did a phenomenal job. Without a doubt, I would vouch for SERVPRO's competent and exceptionally qualified workers. Today I received a valuable collector item delivered by UPS. The outside of the box was…read moreintentionally punctured several times (pictures attached). I am being targeted by Marsha the manager at WV UPS, and the driver because of a recent complaint I posted through the BBB a month ago. It is not possible that these types of violent puncture holes randomly happened in transit. Transit damage is usually the box is crushed or corners creased, but this was someone intentionally stabbing the box several times in a violent manner. As shown in the pictures this is clearly several stab like punctures that were inflicted on the box 9 times. The punctures went through the shipping box and into my collectors box. This will hurt the future value as a collectible. How else could such deep punctures happen if not intentionally? I am very, very concerned by the targeting and outright disregard that is being shown by UPS. Marsha of West Virginia UPS mocked me and hung up on me twice in my previous dealings. She made a joke of the whole incident. The last incident a pair of shoes was missing, and the blame was put on the Shoe company. But this time? The manufacturing company did not stab this box 9 times before shipping it. There is no excuses this time and it is obvious that the driver is retaliating against me and this has to be stopped. This is the 2nd incident in a month and I am documenting this to protect myself against this outright assault and vandalism. My next steps are to contact my attorney and file a report with the local police for vandalism, targeting, and harassment. This is now is a Federal crime. I also attached the picture the UPS driver took of the delivery verification. It is quite odd he only took a blurry picture of the steps to my house. Why do this? It is because he intentionally damaged the box and did not want to show this in the picture.

Only $72 of the $158 total was PennDOT fees. $80.70 in notary fees for title transfer only. They also didn't mention the $5.30 "Vitu" (processing) fee. This brings the total for their services completely outside of PennDOT for title transfer only as a gift to $86.00 $86 in fees. Only $72 of the $158 total was to PennDOT. Total rip-off.

Now this is where it gets good. After the loss, he refused to answer emails, he refused to return phone calls, he had his secretary say he would call me right back. After they left, we began looking and discovered that almost every piece of furniture had been damaged (paint chipped, holes busted in the tv stand, the back of the dresser knocked off, lamps broken), the walls at the new home were scuffed and scratched, and the televisions were scratched and no longer opperate with a remote.
