I also liked the convenience of the scheduling process. I liked that the scheduler asked thorough questions about what was being moved. The movers worked very efficiently as well - we were scheduled for 5 hours and they got it done in 2.5, so they lowered our bill. They're professional, friendly, well-mannered, fast, and tetris truck-packing geniuses. We were being charged by the linear foot for the truck they were loading by another company, and they were able to safely cram all of our stuff into less space than was quoted to us--saving us enough money to cover about half of the time they were loading. The entire process was a nightmare from start to finish. After multiple calls with conflincting…read moreinformation, the workers arrived and shortly into the move took a lengthy break when one of their workers became ill. The other mover claimed this was a frequent occurance. After 45 minuets, another worker arrived and they began moving again. This break came out of the time that was paid for. The workers left before the 5 hours was done...leaving 2 cars still packed. After they left, we began looking and discovered that almost every piece of furniture had been damaged (paint chipped, holes busted in the tv stand, the back of the dresser knocked off, lamps broken), the walls at the new home were scuffed and scratched, and the televisions were scratched and no longer opperate with a remote. I would not recommend this company to anyone that values their posessions.
