This company absolutely is the worst. The FCC needs to pull their license and put them out of business. In the meantime we are all hosed. I've been unable to change my payment method online or service level. Interesting for an internet provider I can not due anything on there website. I've finally registerd a complaint with the FCC and wish more would do the same. Somehow some way something needs to be done. Perhaps a call to ABC or FOX or another TV station to put the limelight on them would do something? I guess we are just out of luck and choices. We are moving and disconnecting service. I went to the Dunnellon office on Tuesday at 12:45 and the door was locked with the sign that said 'closed for lunch from 1-2pm'. Went back on Wednesday to turn in equipment and the employee had the worst customer service ever. The only thing she said independently of my questions was 'sign here' to acknowledge receipt of my cable box. She did groan about 2 people who came in behind me. 2 attempts and still no cable after one month. Horrible customer service, supervisor never showed up to explain what the problem was. I decided to go with direct tv, it was $75 cheaper a month. And installed in 3 days. read more

Like others was told there was a better deal. They base of x1 services than when time the bill comes higher, Sorry that was not available in your area. They are ripping off the people of small town because they know you have them or slower DSL service. read more

My mom got a phone call, it was Comcast saying they had a better deal. More channels, less money. He said that she would have 30 days to try it out, it was the premium plan with blast internet. If she was unhappy, she could cancel with no problem. She signed up over the phone. As soon as she signed up, our cable went out. I called her and she said she had just upgraded, to call Comcast. I called and what happened was he only connected one cable box. We have three. So much for savings because now we were paying more, we had no cable in the living room or one bedroom. So she said that she just wanted to go back to the old plan. We were told that plan was no longer available and to get everything with that plan was an additional 78 dollars. Yet that plan was not available?!?! So now we're ripped into their new plan for more money when they promised less money. When I did the survey, they asked how likely would I be to recommend Comcast. 1 is unlikely, 10 is very likely. I said 1, then they asked why and I replied, because of I have an enemy that I hated, I would recommend Comcast to them. read more

Got the router, didn't work, tried to call for a maintenance guy, couldn't come out to our area, had to cancel it. Charged over 260$ for a service I never used and had to pay for an early termination fee for the 12 months I DID NOT sign up for. Garbage-ass scam company. And couldn't mail my router back promptly because I work 7 12's. read more
