    We have used Spectrum services here in Florida since moving here over a year ago, transferring our…read moremobile and internet accounts from our previous home State. From the time we had the internet connection I can count on one hand how many times it went out, each time attributed to a power outage not their fault. A few months back we went into this store and upgraded/purchased a couple of mobile phones. The wait was not too long and the service provided at the time was adequate. However, we were sent one phone that was the wrong model and it was a hassle to get it exchanged. Although we had tracking records the incorrect phone was received by their fulfillment center in Texas we received an auto payment being charged for this phone (an across the board $$ swap had been made), with them claiming it was never received. After troubleshooting this, with documentation, we eventually received a refund on the cost of this additional phone that was returned. However, they failed to return the sales tax portion. More time on the phone dealing with this, with the call taker finally understanding the discrepancy and a claim that amount would be credited to our account. Two months later we still have NOT received the credited amount. Looks like more jumping through the hoops on the phone (rolls eyes). As for the cell service itself - it has been excellent with no complaints. The internet speed seems to lag once in awhile, but overall it has been great for what we need it for (knock on wood x2). We are not hating on Spectrum, but an overall fair assessment gives them a 3 star rating (OK) from us.

Wifi never goes out during a storm ,like this company does with every light storm . They told me it cost $43.00 a month for wifi I have never received a bill lower than $90.00

    Terrible service. After finding it impossible to reach an…read moreagent by phone, I went to the store, which was packed with about 18 people waiting for help. I finally made an appointment for the next day, at which they couldn't even find my mobile account in their computer! I was over charged $30 per month for four months so knew I HAD an account! It ended with the agent saying they couldn't do anything to lower the charges so I'm switching to another provider for a "Senior bundle deal"!

They dont follow schedule time, there over priced and always try to force more products on your that are crap. I use to have homewire warranty and was suppose to be grandfather in for this service until some idiot accidentally removed it from my service then told they cant add it back. They dont tell you about changes to save money leaving you to pay more than $50 extra each month! You will always have dropped internet service and they'll come out make some excuses all the time why your speeds are low, reduced, and or you never get the full speed they'll say or then blame amount of devices you have or there famous line "wifi cant reach thru walls might be copper, or modem is not high enough" next tech will look at you stupid and ask why modem that high up? Then argue that there techs will never tell you that, and doesn't have to be that high up! Might even try claim "that wire is not ours" its on you! Smh I am truly sick of Xfinity crap... you also get bs run around trying to return equipment that was shipped to you "hind of hard to refuse the delivery since FedEx just toss on your doorstep and leave!" You need QR ship code to take UPS store to ship it back, there dumbass techs will argue just take it down to ups, you dont need ship label.. mind you! I cant use the form online request because I dont have the accou t number and modem is from second account that I didnt setup! How can I request thr label, you will spend hours on app and phone with these fools and multiple contacts to fix anything. That is really poor customer service. I have speed of 1300mbps, only pull 300-400mbps on the test for wifi, hardware lucky of I get 400-600mbps on a good day!
