I cannot complain about customer service. 2. The girl that opened my account called me at 30 days, 90 days, and a year after I had my account opened to see how I was liking it. They might even call at 2 years! 3. Sometimes we OD our account (I know! Bad!!) and most of the time they refund the fees...sometimes even without us asking. 4. The mobile app is great and easy to use and you can even cancel or freeze your debit card there in case it gets lost. 5. Website is hugely functional and I can do practically anything I need to do there easily without having to hunt. There are some improvements that could be made. (I updated these from a list of 5 to 2 from my initial review. So many improvements have been made!) 1. I would love a location in Denton or Corinth. I'm so happy they opened a Lewisville branch! 2. The bank routinely fails to take accountability for errors and offers no grace in resolving issues. Funds transfers are inconsistently and incorrectly handled, with processing delays of up to seven to eleven days, which is both unreasonable and far outside normal industry standards. In addition, the widespread closure of ATMs has made basic services such as deposits increasingly difficult, often requiring customers to visit other banks to complete routine transactions. This creates unnecessary inconvenience and reflects poorly on the bank's commitment to accessible customer service. As a result of these ongoing issues, I am moving my business elsewhere. This has been, without a doubt, the worst banking experience I have ever encountered.
