I don't bank with Bank of Texas and would never bank at Bank of Texas and would never encourage anyone to bank at Bank of Texas. I once again provided them today the same paperwork that has been provided to them times before. It's not about the money it's about the indignity that you feel trying to close out your deceased mother's bank account.

I cannot complain about customer service. 2. The girl that opened my account called me at 30 days, 90 days, and a year after I had my account opened to see how I was liking it. The mobile app is great and easy to use and you can even cancel or freeze your debit card there in case it gets lost. 5. Anyway the one thing that is in a big adjustment for us is Capital One not having many or any banks that are open regularly.
