Absolutely terrible. This financial institution has failed to:…read more 1. Make it easy to do business with them 2. Earn my trust I was originally a customer at Metro Shores several years ago. I eventually had no choice but to do business with Public Service. I still have a home equity line of credit that I haven't withdrawn from in several years. I have been paying it online and have never missed a payment. I make this payment from a bank account at a different bank, but until now it's never been a problem. I log in this month and find that I can't pay my bill online if the money is coming from an outside account. In the year 2024 I must either mail a check or take a payment to them in person to avoid incurring additional fees. When I called to inquire about this, the manager of the call center blamed it on other customer's supposed 'bad behavior' and said they're 'deciding' whether or not to allow their customers to pay that way again. If they are not capable of taking responsibility for and fixing their faulty and/or inadequate systems, and hiring/retaining technical staff that's worth a damn, how can I trust them? Especially in regard to my personal and financial information?

The representatives are always friendly, courteous, and don't waste time. I remember when I first went, I saw how few stars they had and decided to check it out, and I couldn't believe how great it was! They even have two ATM machines to use outdoors and 2 or 3 drive-thru windows, two things a lot of bank branches don't always have more than one of. I'm not sure how this place got such a bad customer service RAP, but I couldn't be happier.
