It's easy to find the street but easier to drive past the house, shrouded in weeds, foliage, junk with an old white pick up in the driveway. Tom is a retired blacksmith not to be confused with a ferrier (who shoes horses). I got a quick lesson in using and caring for my knives and learned that walnut handles are the best because they are microbial retardant!. Thank God I had cash, had 7 knives sharpened for $20!
