One of the major benefits of using this location is that they do all the work onsite. Most of the other places send it off to be taken care of. On both occasions, my wife found the help to be friendly, efficient, and very willing to answer her questions. They did a great job on the dress, and my wife was pleased. From the beginning, these folks told us exactly what the process included. They also told us how long it would take (about 12 weeks). Everything went as discussed. Will I return? Well, I don't have another daughter, but I think I will come back to the dry cleaner part of the business.
