I picked it up 3 days later and it was absolutely clean and they gave me step-by step recommendations on how to put the jacket up again without it getting in that condition again. Disappointed with how they handle stains. Pointed stains out on each item, the lady looked at them, didn't mark them with a sticker, and yes, they came back with the same stains. These should have been easy to get out for a dry cleaner. Too expensive to not be paying close attention to what the customer is asking them to address. read more

Moving to San Antonio 12 years ago, I started bringing my suits and shirts to the local dry cleaner. What a disaster. Buttons were broken, stains weren't removed, and collars turned yellower by the wear. Then, a friend turned me on to Kraft. My cleaning is done with skill and on time. The staff is professional and polite. Everything is pressed and properly hung with any required stiffeners. Unlike most any other cleaner, the employees here actually act like they own the place (in a good way). After getting used to Kraft's service, nothing else will do. I tried Kraft Cleaners and found the employees to be very rude and disrespectful. I called to speak with the manager and again found the employee that answered the phone to be rude demanding why I wanted to speak with the manager before transferring me finally I just left my phone number. To the managers credit she did call me right back and spoke with me about my complaint and said she would have the owner call me concerning this matter. I waited several hours without receiving a return call from the owner concerning his employees rude and disrespectful attitude.
