PoolBusters promised one thing, then failed to deliver. In their pool removal quote/invoice (which…read morewas paid in full), it clearly stated that our pool removal included a layer of topsoil. As plainly seen in this "after" pic, PoolBusters only used light-colored, gravely fill dirt and ZERO topsoil. Immediately after the removal, we hired a pro landscaping company that planted grass seed and laid down straw, which was then watered per their directions. Ever since, the ONLY grass that grows where the pool was is sparce crabgrass. Heather came out, looked at it, then said they could add topsoil, but only for an additional charge of several hundred dollars. They clearly put in writing that their services included topsoil, but they never made good on it.
