I thought I would end up with another respiratory arrest. As I entered the ER, Dr. Skinner was the attending doctor on duty & the nurses there were very quick & amazing. I always called ahead of time to let her know. They discharged me because of these missed appointments. When I called the director to discuss this, she yelled at me. All I got to say was my name and she went off like a rocket. My nurse never said I could reschedule or have another nurse come out. I liked all my nurses. Although my first nurse was uneducated about sterile technique, I found them easy to work with. The director is just plain rude and mean. They are dealing with very ill people. Surely there are better ways of communicating with their patients. I do not recommend Symbii Home Health.

The staff is always helpful and efficient. I checked right in & was called back within a few minutes. There are nice chairs to wait in outside the lab. I've never been upstairs, but it looks like there are doctors offices. On the main floor is the Lab & a pharmacy.

I came in heart attack admission they put me up on the floor the patient's floor single room in 2:30 AM. I still haven't received any of my meds at all my daytime med and nighttime meds. The nursing staff got upset at me. Around 3:30 AM. Summer nurse that I've never seen got upset and ordered me out of the hospital. Tried to explain I was brought here as a cardiac patient. I haven't received any of my medication's. She just started yelling get out of here get out of here I mean, really really loud enforced me hospital 15 minutes later, they found me in street full-blown heart attack. The life flighted me Saint Marks system to Salt Lake emergency services with Saint and which time they gave me seven stents in my heart arteries.

From the moment I was greeted by the staff I was walked through the procedures I was made to feel comfortable. There was no pain and I was taken care of in an hour and a half. They set me up with a dental plan for future visits. I can't say enough about the staff and how kind And caring they are these people truly care about their patients. I think I'm over my fear of going to the dentist and I definitely found my new family dentist. I would highly recommend them.

I am visiting Logan from Las Vegas for the week and had a dental emergency. I went to google and…read morebegan calling dentists late Thursday morning only to discover that everyone was either fully booked or the dentist would not be in on Friday. Since I was leaving on Sunday I needed to be seen right away or spend the next several days in PAIN! Called Baldwin Family Dental and they also told me they had no openings. I explained my situation and the staff worked so hard to fit me in First thing Friday morning. When I arrived at the office I found everyone to be so welcoming, friending and caring. They all seemed to know about my pain before I said a thing. They got me right in and the dentist was the best. He took such good care of me and I am now pain free. I wish I could have him as my full time dentist. I come to Logan a couple times a year and plan to try to see them when I come up. Thanks so much for the personal care and the best dental experience I've ever had.
