I dont want to single out the location that services my account....and I wont get specific either. Other than to say, if you hire them...have ground rules before their aides enter your house. They eat and take whatever they want and sleep through their shift. They're always fashionably late. The relationship with management isn't any better. The other thing that is worrisome is the feeling theyre spiraling out of control. Maybe it's the nature if the home care business but it always feels like they're one or two small crisises away from the wheels falling off.

This agency was contacted a month ago by physician's office and accepted assignment per physician's…read moreorders. I was called by "Leah" who questioned orders and said she would call back tomorrow to make a nurse appointment for assessment and start of care. Silence for days as there was more discussion with doctor then calling me for same. They seemed to want orders changed and we spoke regarding my current company that could not staff. This all went back and forth until they pestered the company enough to secure discharge but not admitting whether they could staff. Once discharge was done by former company Leah admitted that neither the Los Angeles office nor the San Diego office could staff. For a company that covers this span of distance there was no excuse for this nearly month-long back and forth when they had no intention to staff as they had originally committed. This resulted in ridiculous waste of time for the doctor's employee and mine, missing out on service and continuing to decline. I had fully explained why the orders appeared the way they did and that nursing could be reduced. I believe that this constant dance was in order for me to be fully discharged by current agency, which succeeded, so that I would be desperate for at least some service, with no certainty of receiving necessary help. This didn't work. I was never seen for assessment or given a reason. This was a giant waste of time for me and doctor's staff and was inexcusable. This is a racket that fishes for assignment and accepts because they want to continue to receive doctor referrals for easy, brief patient care that can be denied and discharged soon. It gave them a bad look and I hope that future potential doctor assignments and patient acceptance of "care" be withheld due to unserious and manipulative , unfair delaying tactics to require orders to be reduced despite patient "qualification" and supported need. This is unethical and brutally shows no concern for patients in order to effect forced revision of care needs. Very sloppy, unprofessional tactics. I wasn't able to speak to Admin, Case Manager, or even a nurse to discuss and assess my needs and conditions. Be warned. THIS is their business, not appropriate patient care, but angling for less. Do not accept.

Therapists don't schedule ahead of time, cancel or change appointments last-moment, and they simply shrug their shoulders when WE lose out on care. We were supposed to get home health PT 3X a week for two weeks, then 2X a week for three weeks, then 1X a week thereafter until complete. Instead, we got nothing in week one, 1X a week in week two, then a couple weeks X2, then 1X a week, then... Just an absolute cluster of scheduling, which is terrible for the patient. Not recommended

This the worst home health care provider I've ever had for my parents in the last 11 years of…read morecaring for them. First, I was "sold" on this company because they provide 3 days of PT and 2 days of bathing according to their sales team. However, during the next 16 days I was told by their service providers that medicare doesn't cover that many days. Although I set up services for my dad (7/25/26) to start 7/27/26, he had to wait 10 long days to receive a shower and 3 days for his first PT. Although I was assured the company would make an exception and provide my dad with the services that were originally promised initially, he only received 4 PT appointments and 2 showers during the 16 days he was their patient. I was told by the Care Coordinator, "This is your dad's new normal," and "You are responsible for providing the additional PT" even though they never showed me what to do or made a plan for care. They will try and shame you into doing their job for them. I was told, "I'm happy for you that you can take of your parents, to patronize me." When I complained that my dad was going to miss yet another PT session and they said, "No he won't, we will schedule an appointment with another company," knowing darn well that he would miss today and tomorrow would be an intake day. Don't use them! They are horrible. I am so grateful that they fired us as clients but I was already in the process of firing them and reporting them to Palomar Health Rehab facility.
