I would not recommend this company. They repaired a line leak on our system, and 9 month later the line burst again right in that same spot. (As told us by another company) We called Moore and the manager would not stand by his companies workmanship. Apparently their repairs only are guaranteed for 30 days. So if you don't want to pay for the same repair twice, then I suggest you choose another company who will stand by their repairs!! read more

This company came out to check on 8 month old furnace. Charged for the appointment to check it out and was suppose to order part and come back within 2 days. Put us off for over a week and then decided they weren't going to do the job. Called another company and they were out within hours and went and picked up parts and had it fixed before day was out and got part under warranty and charged less then Moore. Dishonest contractor. Called on a weekend to have AC looked at. Claimed to have replaced the capacitor and charged almost $500. A friend of mine later looked at the AC unit and showed me that they had replaced it with a used capacitor. Dishonest and a cheat. Avoid this company at all costs. read more

I would not recommend this company for your air conditioner needs. I have been in the construction industry all my life, and I know when someone is trying to just create business for themselves, as opposed to being a good service to the community. The service man said he "would not touch my air conditioner" and then proceeded to give me a bill for just showing up. The unit was only five years old and I had another company come and service the unit in an excellent way for a reasonable fee. my advice to all service companies, is to be a blessing to the community and prosperity will come your way. read more

When we were experiencing some issues with our air conditioner we sought out recommendations on who to use on Facebook, and they were recommended by many people. This was a good sign. The scheduling process was made very easy because of their amazing office ladies. They answered any questions that I may of had to the best of their knowledge and had my appointment set within minutes. The service technician was very polite. He offered great customer service and was very thorough explaining the process of how he was going to fix our problem. He answered any and all questions that I had at the time. He provided quality service in a timely manner. Their prices cannot be beat. Had a service call and it was wired backwards. How do I know you ask? Well: it wasn't because they came out during the warranty period when I called several times. I had to go with a different company because they did not get back with me. I called and told them my predicament and even sent screenshots of exact times I called. No apology. I called back again to speak to Mr. Moore and described the situation again & never received as much as a call back. They went from my go-to to avoid at all costs company. read more

AC went out under home warranty. Technician determined that the furnace blower motor needed replacement. Home warranty initially did not approve the price but a few minutes later decided to go ahead with the price. Motor replacement was rescheduled for the next afternoon. Appointment was for noon but did not get to do the job because "they were in another job". So I rescheduled for 9:00 another day. Same thing happened! Got bumped on the schedule again! What kind of business is that? Don't they have more than one technician? Wasted my day 3 times and no phone updates unless I inquired myself! I had called them for our business A/C, and was told that this would be a commercial call, and their commercial prices were higher than for residential. When the technician arrived, he walked in with an attitude. He told me the coils were bad, and told me I had 3 options; put in more coolant (which he quoted $100 a pound), replace the coils, or put in a new unit. I asked him to check for a leak, and he agreed to run the test. He checked the system, performed the test, and gave an estimate for a new unit. My shop is approx. 800 sq ft/ and the current unit is a 2 ton residential unit and has performed well. I paid for an hour of labor, the test, and a service call for a grand total of $ 254.34 for basically nothing. I can understand being classified as "Commercial" if there were several air handlers and compressors the size of a car, but for a residential size unit? I called another company, and they performed a unit check, added coolant ( at $35 a pound), and our unit is working like a top. They did give us an estimate to replace the unit, but expressed to us that it was not necessary to replace it at this time. Sorry, but we will not be calling Moore Air in the future. read more

Worst HVAC repair in the county....and very expensive. I am a local Realtor and I temporarily leased a place in Belton until I purchased my next investment property. Being that I had a landlord I had to use the repairman that he suggested. Two trips to the house in less than two months and it's still not fixed. Last repair was a week ago and the air went out again. They are suppose to come out here today and check it again. Let's see if they send someone out who knows what they are doing. I will update this post if they actually can fix an air conditioning unit. read more

Wonderful asset to the Moore Air family. Jeremy and Raymond were the installers on the job. They were amazing! Friendly, courteous, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable & detailed in troubleshooting and resolving the heating issues we were experiencing. They took pride in the work they did. Each time they started on an aspect of the job they made time to stop, explain to me what they were doing and ask if I had any concerns. They were more than willing to take as much time as was needed to make sure the job was done right and that I was aware of everything that was going on. The workmanship is of high quality: i.e. install of new compressor, thermostat, freon flush, etc. Very tidy in removing any construction debris once completed. It's hard to find people who take pride in their work and the Company they work for.
