He told me it sounded like the small fuse on the mother board of the furnace had gone out. After giving me instructions on how to switch it out. I went up to my attic (where the furnace was) pulled off the panel, switched out the fuse and like that, I was back in business and everything was working beautifully. By addressing my problem and walking me through the steps on switching it out, James saved me a $45 service fee to have a service person come out and do what I did myself. Said I could pay EXTRA for an after hours call even though I had an appointment for Friday. Argued and they finally sent someone out Friday evening, charged system and added dye. Dye check was scheduled for the next Friday, I had to call after the appointment window when they didn't show. Was told they could not make again. They rescheduled for the next Friday. The Monday after the dye check I requested an estimate to replace the system. That Wednesday I had to call when I did not hear anything. I finally got an estimate that afternoon, but it did not match my system. The next day I got a call from the estimator saying they sent the wrong estimate and I would receive a corrected one shortly. It has been 10 days and there has been NO communication from them.
