Horrible experience…read more First service appointment (Friday) they called at the end of the day and said they could not come out until Monday (temps in the high 90s). Said I could pay EXTRA for an after hours call even though I had an appointment for Friday. Argued and they finally sent someone out Friday evening, charged system and added dye. Dye check was scheduled for the next Friday, I had to call after the appointment window when they didn't show. Was told they could not make again. They rescheduled for the next Friday. The Monday after the dye check I requested an estimate to replace the system. That Wednesday I had to call when I did not hear anything. I finally got an estimate that afternoon, but it did not match my system. The next day I got a call from the estimator saying they sent the wrong estimate and I would receive a corrected one shortly. It has been 10 days and there has been NO communication from them.
