He has serviced my a/c twice and both times has gone above and beyond. Tonight before he came to service the A/C, he suggested 3 things for me to trouble shoot, just in case it was an easy fix so I wouldn't waste money on a service call. Unfortunately, the troubleshooting on my part didn't work, so he came over after hours and got right to work. He is reasonably priced and didn't try to upsale me. I love the fact that they only fixed the problem and did not try to sell her a bunch a things that she didn't need ie. warranty, Check ups. Family owned & operated this is a plus for them. They were very polite and explained to me in detail what they had done. He even suggested to me that the damage that was done to the drywall from the water might even be covered by homeowners insurance (something I didn't think of).
