If I could give a negative star I would I wouldn't even give this 1 star. I really do not like leaving bad reviews, but I can't help but feel like these guys were trying to scam us! Called to come see what was up with our freezing up air conditioner, guy came out and look at the air unit for all of 3min then proceeded to the furnace, took it apart and said well it ALL has to be replaced!!! Everything! Wait what?? Ok I get it the furnaces are older like 10 years and maybe not as efficient as current furnaces, but we're not ready to replace that right now, can we just get our air up and working? What can we do that is cheaper than replacing the entire furnace?? Well he didn't want or couldn't answer, well we just ran out of r22 just last month?? Hmmmmmm really just last month we'll maybe someone else has it?? No you need to replace the whole thing!! Well can we replace just the air part?? He basically told us nope just throw it all out!! What???????? What the cost?? Oh I don't know like $6000 but I don't have my price sheet with me! Over $6000 grand??? As he was wrapping up I called a guy who was recommended by the neighbors, he came right out! Went to the air unit,did a bunch of testing and bam working!! How much do we owe? Nothing! Wait what?? Oh nothing! No let's us pay you! With some prodding he said $30! Hmmmmm $30/free or over $6000!!!!!!! To be fair maybe eventually we may need to replace some stuff and maybe this won't last forever and we can save to replace things but champion charge is $58 to do nothing and get us nowhere when this guy did it all for free or after insisting on paying $30 You decide what's the scam??? On a side note the champion guy also told us that the cracked heat exchanger that we had replace in may was bad too! What?? How is that bad, my husband said no way we held the old one and watched the guy do the work! That would be pretty hard to say that the last guy went to all that work to pretend to replace a cracked heat exchanger!!!! Hmmmm $58 down the drain and lesson learned!! The only reason I'm posting a review is to not let some poor homeowner get the replace everything now when another hvac person can just do it and get you back in business! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is a NIGHTMARE to work with. Mark Hansen comes out, sells you all the extra's (like removing of the old swamp cooler) takes down half the money, but does not help when all the problems occur. This company's inexperienced workers cannot install an attic fan over the hole where they remove the swamp cooler. They drill a new hole in your roof, the owner of the company tries to seal what his inexperienced worker screwed up, but the rain continues to leak into our home. They were RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and very unprofessional. THEY MAKE A MESS, AND DO NOT CLEAN UP! Boxes were all over the side of my yard. Tristian, part owner can not even clean shoes after being on top of roof with tar. He tracked TAR through my home. They DO NOT CARE about the homeowner, they are only money hungry and do a half job. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THIS COMPANY!!!!!! read more

Called this morning for an appointment. Girl who answered said they were unavailable today and couldn't come until tomorrow, so I said I would need to call someone else and thanked her. She promptly hung up without another word. Yikes! That's pretty bad customer service to just hang up. I know it's early, but don't advertise as being open 24-hours if you're resentful of people who call. read more

after getting 9 estimates from 9 different companies and not getting a good feeling about any of them comfort champions came and installed 2 new carrier infinity furnaces and ac and did a great job ! Nate Peirce is awesome he came to give me an estimate and was very thorough ! he answered all my questions and i had a lot of questions He just seemed to be honest and i felt that he really cares about his work ! I called him several more times and once i made up my mind, 6 days later done and installed !!! Nate took the time to explain the operation of the equipment and new thermostats also handling all the rebate forms also all the installers were awesome i think Grant was his name and he was great! they just seem to be honest people very uncommon these days !!!!!!! read more

Save yourself a disaster & find another company to serve you. On their estimate paper/sheet it says service will take hours, but ours took TWO WEEKS. We needed a new furnace & they said a new coil. The guy who came to replace the furnace broke a part (without mentioning it to us before hand that we would be without AC for the hot days of September, again, two weeks of it) & damaged our baseboard. They had to come out to our house five times and 4/5 they were late 20-45 minutes without a phone call to let us know. We had to wait around for them and just hope they'd show up soon. They have terrible communication & I had to call to make sure they were still coming. The lady at the office told us we could run our AC, the installer told us not to because it would cause more damage. I asked the installers manager if we should & he laughed replying no. Easily, we could've had a lot more issues because of the poor communication & misunderstanding between coworkers & not knowing about their job. The owner just cares about the money. When we asked for money off of our service, they showed up with $200 worth of trade coupons to Rodizo Grill, which I thought was a joke so he then offered $50 dollars off the $1,900 service instead of the coupons saying, "we need to make a profit, we've already been out to your house several times" (which every 'extra time' they came out was their fault) but he clearly didn't care that we had been through so much crap with his company while he was on vacation. Six months later & our furnace runs all day & our house is still cold. We also had another guy from a different company (Air Design Heating & Air) come & tell us our coil is completely fine & that CC's were trying to get another sale (& I'm sure rip us off even more). Terrible customer service. Poor work towards furnace. Bad scheduling. Office is under educated about process. Only care about money & not the terrible service they give. Seriously, don't waste your time! read more
