We were told the company didn't have the part we needed and we would have to wait until Monday for our furnace to be up and running! The temperature in our house was dropping fast. After numerous calls to big name heating and AC companies, we were rescued by First Choice. Jamie listened and took our situation seriously, even on a Saturday!
