Minor issues, all were fixed promptly and with great communication between Titan and our builder. Worked so far with a few ladies in the office, and Cole and Cris. Everyone was great, Cole came out to assess the work that needed to be done. He was nice and helpful each time. Had a concern with my furnace on Christmas Eve, the worst time ever to have anything go wrong with the cold temperatures too. Cris was responsive and pleasant to work with and learn from. Came out and took care of the issues I was having and provided me further information for future items and maintenance. I'll continue to use Titan after the one year warranty is over and through the five year warranty for the furnace. I will gladly pay for labor and parts through this company. So far, that's two crucial interactions for a new home owner and I cannot be more pleased and felt it good to share so others know the good experiences with this company. The price was reasonable but also the capacitor was going out on my AC unit. Cole brought it in and showed me what it was registering at and didn't pressure me to replace it but wanted to let me know. In the end I did replace it and wasn't a huge expense. All in all, was glad I went with this company. Found them online and was a first time customer. Also, one thing that is really important with us is that a company send a text or some kind of notice to let us know they are coming. We have dogs and we need to know to get things prepped for people to come to our house. So when this is followed through on, it's helpful. Titan did send us a text and some companies say they will but don't.

The wiring was a mickey mouse job and we had excess wire that prevented the thermostat from mounting to the old plaster wall properly. We were told the company didn't have the part we needed and we would have to wait until Monday for our furnace to be up and running! The temperature in our house was dropping fast. After numerous calls to big name heating and AC companies, we were rescued by First Choice. Jamie listened and took our situation seriously, even on a Saturday! He went to their shop and found a compatible part, did the install, quickly and efficiently. He did not charge an emergency fee and came in $50 less then our installer quoted. Jamie also took all our info for the part warranty. First Choice is definitely our first choice.
