The tech called and said it would be $850 plus $95 service fee so I called a friend who owns a company 150 miles away and said what should this cost to have my unit cleaned . He said $99-$175! ‍ So I put on Facebook any recommendations and got a one man show company that came and cleaned for $99 and no service charge fee. ‍‍‍ I do have to say when I called SOS to cancel my appointment to repair they waived the service charge fee after looking at my scenario so the company does have some good employees.

We contacted the company, which installed our furnace, at 4:46am on a Saturday for an emergency call. It took another call at 7:00am to finally get someone out at 9:30am. We were told the company didn't have the part we needed and we would have to wait until Monday for our furnace to be up and running! The temperature in our house was dropping fast. After numerous calls to big name heating and AC companies, we were rescued by First Choice. Jamie listened and took our situation seriously, even on a Saturday! He went to their shop and found a compatible part, did the install, quickly and efficiently. He did not charge an emergency fee and came in $50 less then our installer quoted. Jamie also took all our info for the part warranty. First Choice is definitely our first choice. When we needed them they were the company which got our house warm again...that day... not costing an arm and leg.

Once he caught up to me, he decided he was going to tailgate me. After he was tailgating me for a minute, I decided to slow down. The driver then decided to cut around me and almost hit an oncoming truck. When I called, of course, nobody could answer to take the report. I will never use or recommend this business to anyone!
