The units may be considered costly but I really wanted something of high quality and long lasting. I am very thankful to Andrew who worked hard to get my unit installed within 12 hours. She called Garrison &Garrison to get a second opinion. Come to find out she only needed one part that cost about $70. So I called the same company to get second option too. Since I wasn't physically at the property I decided to call around for some quotes. As soon as I spoke with someone at the Clean Air Co., I knew they were who I wanted to go with. They got it scheduled and said the technician would call me once he assessed the vent. To my surprise, the technician reported that the vent was already really clean and told me it wasn't necessary. He said he'd of course be happy to do it but he thought I'd rather save the money. I'm so grateful for his honesty. He examined the interior of the ductwork and was able to show me the condition on his camera. It was clear that we needed our ducts cleaned. We called several other companies before deciding on Jase. One of the companies gave me a quote over the phone (I am certain they would have added on costs if I had hired them since they did not ask any questions). The second company was well known.
