I don't know how to thank Comfort Control Specialists enough, besides telling everyone what the company's and technicians' actions meant to me. They saved the day on multiple occasions! Recently, a couple of their technicians came by and they both provided phenomenal service. I am not exaggerating- they are shining examples of what you hope to get when your a/c needs either maintenance or repair. Comfort Control Specialists were who I chose for a brand new air conditioning system back in 2020, after getting bids from about 6 companies. Their price was the best out of everyone (as close to "apples-to-apples" as you can get) and the discussions with the owner about the company and their services really stood out. Over 3 years later, I am 100% convinced that I made the right choice. Recently, my system was having some issues, but no worries, because I have a 10-year warranty that automatically came with the a/c system. Comfort Control Specialists's brilliant technicians walked me through everything that they did and really went above and beyond. They never take short cuts and their level of thoroughness is surprising in today's world. And it hasn't been a one-off... Every year for maintenance, and every other time they've come out to address any concerns, each technician was different, but every one of them has been outstanding. This has been over 3 years now! I'm extremely happy I contacted this company to have a new Split system put it. Not only do they actually answer the phone when you call, they are very efficient, honest, knowledgeable, respectful. I can't say enough good things about this company and the crew that came out to install a new system in my old home. I had other estimates prior to discovering this company. Two other companies told me they no longer made split units that I had to install a heat pump unit. I called and Dane came out right away (that same day) and told me of course they installed split system. Pricing is very fair. Work was done perfectly, thoroughly and the crew was very respectful. I wasn't treated like a stupid old woman when I was asking questions to understand what I needed to know they were going to do. They treat you like you are an important customer. I live in FL. Had an issue with my thermostat which made one of my AC units stop working. I called Comfort Control Specialists the next day and Fran scheduled Aaron, my regular tech, to come out the next day. He inspected my whole system, drained some lines. He looked up online how my sensors work and instructed me on troubleshooting some problems if they occur again. I can't say enough positive things about Aaron and this company. The company who installed my units did some questionable things and went out of business. Comfort Control has stepped in and been the best company I could hope for. They come out quickly to address problems and have maintained my units in good working order. Our air conditioner decided not to work on Friday night. We spoke to a few people and they said thermostat was bad.so we installed a new one. I called Comfort Control to come check it to be sure, and thought I would have to wait until Tuesday for service, the operator said someone would be there in the morning. I was glad. Brian got here started to check things out, and the wires were bad, the skin on the outside peeled off and was causing a big problem. Needed a repair of AC unit on Weds, next Sunday, blower went on air handler, and on Monday, ordered new system. By Weds, all installed and working. Met with 5 different technicians/installers and all were pleasant, and knowledgeable and explained what I needed to be done. Office very pleasant and directed calls promptly and got techs to my house in a timely fashion. They all really showed concern for my situation and got me up and running with minimal stress and at a good price. I had a scheduled maintenance coming up in a week, but came home to no air conditioning. I called at 12:30 and by 1 pm, a serviceman was here. He was extremely pleasant and got me going again after he found some old wiring. He checked everything that would have been checked next week and I was good to go. Dane was able to come out the next day when my AC stopped working. Being that my system was over 12 years old, I fully expected to end up replacing the system, but he was knowledgeable and honest and replaced a capacitor and had it working in fifteen minutes. Comfort Control Specialists diagnosed a problem that I had been having for 3 years that my regular AC company would never fix correctly.
