Had a dental Appt this last month. (Unfortunately, I skipped having one for several years---not exactly sure why---(I don't usually skip ANY dental Apts, but had some other "medical" issues that needed addressed.) I had Dr. Tram Tran. For My hygentist, (on first visit) I had Cat. Second visit, I had Derek. I CAN ONLY type here what INCREDIBLE Professionals these three ARE--with a willingness and a knowledgeability to help/care/and fix---"Heal" the problem areas. I can ONLY type here and HIGHLY Reccomend....!! Having relocated back to Colorado just before CO19---getting My "HealthCare" TEAM has been close to a NightMARE...! Anyhew, I had the ABSOLUTE PRIVELIDGE of being a Patient of Dr. Tram--for the first time in the last month. He has an incredible chair-side manner of gentleness and exquisite Professionalism. I have had a good handful of dentists and hygentist's--and after moving or having the other Professionals move, retire, etc. When You are fortunate enought to find a GREAT Dentist....IT IS worth telling others about...! My upper right tooth has been hurting for years... dentist after dentist... office after office... Finally I did my research and met Dr. Than, he immediately found the pain with my upper right tooth, after one visit I know longer have any pain. I was also born with a cleft lip nose palette. After eight years of braces and lots of multipe gum graphings, I still never felt confident in my smile. Thanks to Dr.Than I now have a Hollywood smile with an added bonus of no more tooth aches. Who likes going to the dentist? That's right nobody but when you find a good Dentist it makes the visit so much better! Let's face it teeth are important and Comfort Dental is my go to for dental care in Colorado. It's so hard to find a good and trust worthy dentist and when you find one you stick to them! Dr. Rojohn is the absolute greatest. Not only is she personable she makes you feel comfortable and walks you through everything she's doing. I saw Dr. Heintz this afternoon after my other dentist wouldn't get me in to have my tooth pulled (I was in a world of pain). Dr. Heintz has wonderful bedside manner, in fact when I told him what I wanted to have done and why he made sure to let me know I was well informed and that since I knew what I was talking about he had no qualms about a tooth extraction. He also uses this wonderful numbing method, and it was the least pain numbing experience I had ever had. He tooth the time to really make sure that I needed the extraction. Afterwards he made sure to have me follow up with him, since he wants to know how I am healing with a back molar extraction. I went home to my husband who was also looking for another dentist to do a second opinion on some work that was suggested to him, and based off all the praises I sang he is thinking about going to Dr. Heintz as soon as he gets the chance. Aside from the actual dentist, the front desk staff are absolutely wonderful. They got me in within 30 minutes of calling, and made sure to walk me through aftercare instructions. I went there to get some cavities filled. I had them on both sides, so I got one side done and was supposed to go back to get the other side done. It was a horrible experience so I didn't go back. I'll find another dentist. First, I was given the needle to get numb and then was left there waiting for almost an hour. The dentist ( forgot her name) came and drilled out my cavities quick, then I was left again for a while before someone else who barely knew what she was doing, came and filled me in. It took another hour for that. It's now been like 7 months and I still can't eat on the side of my mouth that they worked on. Go elsewhere! read more

I had some work done here a couple days ago and figured the pain would fade the next day but after not being able to eat solid food for two days I figured it was time to have them check and see whats going on. They don't seem to care that I am in pain and unable to eat as they are in no hurry to get me in for another appointment. It will be four days with no solid food by the time I get seen. If anyone wishes to recieve a filling and filling material all over the rest of your teeth, come here. They did an X-ray back in June and the work on my mouth in October... Four months later.... then tried to bully me into believing that this was ok. Then doctor than had the audacity to say to me let me draw you a picture ... Like I was too stupid to understand it was ok to not do an X-ray for four months. He said that's what we always do. I explained that the reason my teeth have so many cavities is because I can't afford to go to the dentist and live paycheck to paycheck. If I could afford to go, I would never be at a place like this. Shame the customer for being poor, and then bully them into feeling horrible before the work. Where's the comfort in that ?????? Never returning, referring everyone I know to a different location as well. Not only did you lose a customer, you gained an enemy as well. Treat your costumes with respect. Not callous disregard. This office is clean and efficient, the staff is fast and friendly, and the doctors are personable and accurate. They have state of the art equipment, which makes your dental visit easy and thorough. During one of my visits, I was pregnant, and was informed that the X-Ray equipment was digital and contained minimal radiation exposure. They have reasonable prices, and even their own affordable financial package for those without dental insurance. I have been seeing Dr. Than for several years now for all of my dental needs. He is kind, knowledgeable, and thorough with his work. I had a tiny yet pesky visible chip in my front tooth, and he filled it to match my tooth seamlessly. My few cavity fillings have been great, and I always leave my dental cleanings with that "run-your-tongue-through-your-teeth" fresh and clean feeling! I love that the doctor does the deep teeth scraping cleaning! read more

I have been here a couple times. I really like the Dentist, and the Hygienists are very personable. A couple of the fillings they did for me last time were slightly off (hard to floss, sharp) but I went back and asked that they be fixed. Without any issue they fixed them perfectly and I'm very happy with the care I have recieved here. read more

We rarely visit the dentist. Yes it does get pricy if you don't take care of your teeth. But the dentists here are amazing with working with you finacially. When we went for my husband's root canal and crown, Linda was very understanding and helpful. When the final price came through for all the work to be done, she helped us explore our options. Dr. Haynes is more then understanding. He helped us with our options even before we had dental coverage. I've never met such nice people. I highly recommend this location and these dentists for any treatment. read more

Granted I have Medicaid that denied my services, but instead of calling me and letting me know ahead of time, I ended up driving there only to be told "sorry" we can't work on your teeth today. In pain, I was stunned, and was told "well if you can pay up front we'll help you". If that were the case I wouldn't have Medicaid. I understand that ultimately it's Medicaid that denied me, but have some compassion and humanity! Dr. Pham walked into the area where I was told that I was denied and he pretended not to hear or know me! There was no lets see how we can help you or we will try to help with your pain--anything!! I got the attitude of Oh well, sucks to be you! Bye! Also, there was no confidentiality! Everyone in the office could hear that I am on Medicaid and don't have the money to pay for services--so much for confidentiality at comfort dental! Aren't there laws to protect us from this? Take me into another room to discuss this! And I wasn't loud or our of control, but the area where they discuss finances is wide open! I feel so uncompromised and humiliated on top of being in pain! I had a great experience with this place at first. But please let me tell you, I am in so much pain. I had gotten a cavity filling, but none of these photos should be the result of a cavity filling. First of all, right when I got out of the dentist I was crying because my face and lip was burning!! The dental assistant told me it was from acid getting into my skin. Then 8 hours went by and my whole mouth was still completely huge, the numbing was completely gone but my mouth was swollen. I called and went back in, they said due to me biting my lip, that was why it was swollen. The same dental assistant came back and told me it was because of the acid. HOW IS THIS OKAY? Well, it has now been 2 days and I can honestly say I am completely petrified to go back to the dentist. I can not believe how unprofessional and careless this place was. Thank you for not only leaving me with a swollen mouth, but a huge burn mark on my face and lip. read more

If I could, I would give this place negative stars. I had to go for a teeth cleaning this past April and because I am newer to the area and didn't really know where to go, I figured I would try this place. At first, everyone seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. After what felt like 20 x-rays were taken, the dentist sat down with the scans and told me I had 7 cavities! Now, granted it had been awhile since my last cleaning and I have only had 2 cavities in all of my 32 years I found it kind of hard to believe. When he started to show me where they were on the scans, I couldn't see anything. He was actually pointing to an all white tooth asking if I could see the black mass. I thought I was crazy, but all I could see was white, no black anywhere. My other cavities were in between my teeth, supposedly. Now I consider myself a pretty smart lady, I am not trained in reading x-rays, so I just assumed he was correct. Which was mistake number one. Then came the sales pitch of the gold membership. That was problem number two. I told him I wasn't ready to do anything like that at the moment and I would get back to him on it. I thought I made myself pretty clear. So they started doing my cleaning. When I was checking out at the reception desk, my payment was supposed to be 19.00 as a new patient. The dentist heard this, came out of his office behind me and told the receptionist that I was getting a gold membership. My 19.00 turned into 160.00 real quick. I know I should have said something and I am partly to blame for not contesting it, but I was just told I had 7 cavities, and once I started to look over the cost, I started to think maybe it was a good idea. I also was having all kinds of bad feelings about how the whole visit was going down. Back at home I started to add up how much my mouth was going to cost me at my ' gold status' rate, which turned out to be around 1,200!! That wasn't even including my tooth with the inlay I had put on four years ago that he said would most likely would need a root canal, that's over 2,000. Well today, I finally got around to a second opinion at a friends dentist and guess what, ZERO cavities kids. ZERO. NADA. My new dentist showed me everything on digital x-rays that he had blown up and he said there maybe 1 or 2 small areas that over time 'could' develop into a full cavity but right now there is nothing to even fill. As far as in inlay, yes that eventually will have to be replaced, but there was no rush. To say that I'm angry at Comfort Dental is an understatement. The company as a whole should be ashamed to even call themselves professionals. Any license that they may possess should be evoked and re-evaluated. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

My mother had to have some work done on her teeth. 5 extractions and a deep cleaning. No problem right!. Well they will lie to you and tell you that insurance will cover some of the portions and then do the work and then when it comes time to pay the bill. Then wham they will tell u that insurance didn't cover there portion and it is the patients responsibility to pay the balance. I felt like I got the bait and switch from this place. I have a big family and thought this place would be great for the family to go to. But it is just another dentist office that is taking advantage of people. This office has soured my perception on dentist office's and I will never go back again. read more

Comfort Dental... Anything but! Besides the hundreds of dollars I recently spent there on a crown, after working a 12 hour day, I had to listen to the employees talk about how they had worked a 12 hour day and were in a rush to get out of there. The last thing I want to hear is that you're in a rush to get out of there when I'm the last CUSTOMER there and you're putting sharp metal objects in my mouth. I'm calling you out Dr. Rohan, the reason I went there but am yet to see. Two visits and will never go there again. The first was for prep. Was in pain for 3 days after. I wasn't offered any pain relief but suffered through it. The second, feeling paranoid from the previous visit, I asked for them but was still denied. That's not even the reason for this post... My wife just had a root canal done. Worse service and treatment! They sprang another $100 charge on top of what they told us it was going to be. Then the "cashier" argued with her to the point her co-workers should've been embarrassed. The negative treatment extends beyond that and out of respect for my wife, I'll let her share the rest but COMFORT Dental??? Maybe you should rethink that. read more

I wish I could give these people LESS THAN ONE STAR, because that's what they deserve. I needed to have root canal done. The dental assistant was rude AT BEST. Her conduct is more accurately described as condensing, insensitive and borderline belligerent. Not something you want to encounter while stuck in a chair with a bright light shining in your face and the fate of your appearance (it was a front tooth) in her callous hands. She actually cut me off in the middle of my sentence when I dared to express a concern. The dentist, to be fair has been nothing but caring and professional the entire process. But, what topped it all off, was when I asked about pain management, he COMPLETELY brushed me off and told to make friends with Ibuprofen... really? I get that they have to err on the side of caution, but as I write this, the anesthetic is wearing off and the entire right side of my face feels like it's on fire, with the added pleasure of the sensation of a knife being driven into my gums. There is no reason that I should be in this kind of pain (ibuprofen has not even touched it, because, I just had a freaking ROOT CANAL done). Have I mentioned yet that it cost about $100 more than they originally quoted? I will be contacting their Corp. Office, and I will NEVER go there again. Please take my advice, do not get any real work done here. read more
