Then when people complain (which I have heard every time we have been there) they tell them it will be a few minutes. It's never just a few minutes. I have heard people say that 'they must have forgotten us'. When I complained yesterday about this to the office manager, I was yelled at by the dentist! Who then kicked me and my son out, right before his surgery that he had been waiting over an hour for and hadnt eaten all night to prepare. I begged him to let my son have the surgery, as we were both crying, he threatened to call the cops on me. I told him that Iw as just trying to get an apology for the long wait times from them over booking. He said 'I am sorry that your child has a mother like you' in front of my son! I have always had dentists that didn't believe me when I said I could feel it, so I dread going to the dentist! The dentist I had before Dr Dave was simply in it for the money - to replace every filling and do everything she could think of to squeeze another procedure out of me and my husband. So I am a skeptic for sure. But Dr Dave has turned me around. He listens, takes extra care to make sure I am comfortable - and he is really good at what he does, and FAST! I want to get out of that chair as quick as possible, and he is so good as well as being fast. He recently discovered a big problem in a cracked tooth I had - he referred me to a specialist. He could have done a crown himself and put the $$ in his pocket, but he said that he didn't believe that would be in my best interests. So he went that extra mile and I am very impressed! The entire office staff is wonderful, caring, and happy - great customer service. He also spent a lot of cash making his office safe because of COVID, from air purifiers in each room, to a state of the art air filtration system for the entire office suite that protects the air in his offices from the others in the building and sanitizes it. Jacobson Family Dental is the best! We are patients for life! I hope he doesn't ever retire!
