Please, do not give them your credit card info. I made an appointment with them but changed my mind and called back in less than 10 minutes to cancel the appointment. They informed me that they already charged my credit card for tomorrow's services and it was no refundable and I should have been informed that it was nonrefundable. I was not. I was just told that they needed my credit card on file to service my AC tuneup tomorrow. After 13 minutes, they still refused to guarantee me a refund for something I never received services for even though their advertisement states that customer would not be charged if unsatisfied. All they said was that they would talk to the manager and review the recording. I quickly called my credit card company to have the charge canceled. I would not trust a company that would charge for services that have not been rendered yet and then refuse to refund. I would not trust them with my credit card number on file to charge as they wish. A truck had not even been dispatched. I literally called within 10 minutes. Greedy and unethical. read more

Customer service/communication was awful. They installed Generac generator for us which went relatively smooth and told us they could service it when the time came. The time came and when I called, the person on the phone seemed clueless. She did get it scheduled for a couple days later. Then the day before (on Thursday) we get a call saying there's a kit they need that they don't have so they need to reschedule for Tuesday between 10am-5pm and they'll call 90 mins before they arrive. We say okay. Tuesday at 5:30 rolls around and we have not been contacted. We call them and they say the tech got stuck on another job and apologize no one called, but they can come on Wednesday between 10am-5pm. On Wednesday they no called, no showed AGAIN. That's when we were finally done with them. Highly recommend you find another company read more

I see that good reviews were years ago. Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with this company. They are attentive and quick but purposefully inaccurate and upselling on unneeded repairs and equipment. We had our AC ducts cleaned. After water started leaking from our ceiling directly under the unit in the attic only 3 weeks after the cleaning and being told we needed a additional outside unit repairs at $300 and a new coil that would cost us $3,000 we got a second opinion. And there is nothing wrong with the coil or the unit. There even appears to be purposeful mishandling of our AC to cause the leak. We will also report to better business bureau. I feel taken advantage of and swindled. Please beware of bait and switch. And stay with the technician if you do hire them. I did not. Lesson learned. read more

my air condition capacitor went out in extreme heat above 110 degrees I called COMFORT EXPERTS INC ac services and they sent some one to my house first I tried to buy the capacitor at Home Depot and Lowes they were out of the one I needed I tried on line and found several but it took 3 days delivery and I couldn't wait because of the extreme heat the capacitor is 36 dollars they charged me 430 dollars for the part and 99 dollars for labor technician was here no more than 10 minutes it was an out side job don't deal with this company they are taking advantage of people specially in these hard times they know you have no choice but to pay they sucker you with 99 dollars service call but they rip you off with the part prices they are not an honest business . read more

We the service tech showed up to my home as scheduled. He troubleshot my tanlkess water heater and said it was shot. It would have to be replaced. The cost was $8400 for your unit. The warranty company was not going to pay for it. The tech did say they had financing if I wanted to get it fixed. So I waited and called another company the tech came out and said their unit was 1200.00! But he troubleshot and found two valves leaking. He replaced them in an hour and we havent had any issues. The problem that I have now with your company is that your business practices are unethical and suspect! During these times you decided to price gouge at this opportunity to help the community. I had my units serviced by this company after moving into my home less than a year at which point I had a complete inspection done on AC. I wanted to make sure it was ready for Summer. The technician serviced both units and said everything checked out great. around 3 weeks later I woke up on Mothers Day to find my ceiling wet and water dripping from a clogged AC line. I contacted the company and was told the original tech didn't work there and they'd send someone out. Once the new technician came he said in fact I had a clogged line, I asked him if it was checked on the previous service call and he said it's part of the inspection but wasn't noted on the form and only the other AC unit was noted the line wasn't clogged. I reached out to the manager and he basically said it wasn't their fault and took NO accountability for it. They said since they didn't install the unit it wasn't their fault and charged me $280 To clear the line!! I tried to reach out again and left a message for the customer service manager and no response. Now I have a damaged ceiling and thought I did everything to prevent this and still have to pay. would NOT recommend this company AT ALL. read more

This company went above and beyond to help me out. Our AC started experiencing issues and due to it being an older unit (15 years old) we knew we would be looking at having to replace the whole system in the near future. Unfortunately I called a couple of other companies prior to calling Comfort Experts and had sub par results with the others (missed appointments, terrible customer service, discrepancies in costs). Comfort Experts came out to our house within 48 hrs and gave me every answer and option I needed. They even helped me move my weight machine that blocked our attic access! They then had an engineer come to our home a day or two later to do measurements to determine the best system needed to efficiently cool/heat our home. After he finished he gave us a quick history of the company (which made me feel even more comfortable) and went over each option in depth to determine which one best met our needs. They even set up a fast install date due to us having a 2 month old at the time. Now I wish I could say we installed and life was good, but due to our finances at the time and having a family friend with an opening in his AC company's schedule, we opted for a different option that fit our budget. I called and spoke to the engineer to give him the bad news and he was more than understanding. I got to give it to these guys, they treat you with respect and courtesy during this stressful time. If we ever have to deal with AC issues again, Comfort Experts will be my first call. read more
