Scheduling was easy, they were able to get them cleaned and returned quickly, everyone was kind and professional, and the rugs look (and smell) AMAZING! I have older dogs that I thought, may have ruined the rugs. I couldn't believe how wonderful they looked and smelled when they were returned. I had them cleaned once before at a dry cleaners but the results from Carr's was incomparable. The wool braided rug had lots of "fuzz" from having to use my Bissell cleaner so much. It came back looking like a brand new rug, with all fuzz removed. I will never go anywhere else and cannot recommend them highly enough.
