4.5 stars. This hotel surpassed my expectations a lot. 5 night stay with my wife and 3 kids. The suite was decent size for us all. Not like we spent a lot of hours in there anyway. Breakfast every morning was great. I'm sure it was added n the hotel fees. Nothing is for free. . Didn't expect anything elaborate but you could definitely get creative with the breakfast selection choices they had. Hotel is quiet night and day. They have 2 gates they close around 10pm and it's only 1 way in the parking lot. I liked that. Also after 9pm you need a key to enter the main entrance of the hotel. All other entrances are closed at that time too I believe. But I wasn't on the end of the building so I didn't care. It Felt very safe for my family. Pool is indoors. 4.5 feet max. Which was great for the little ones. Also hot tub was popping the first few nights on the weekend. I didn't mind a lot of people. Everyone was chilling. However I did come down Sunday night to sit in the hot tub and it was out of order, left Tuesday and it was still down. That's why it's 4.5 star, along with those horrible eggs in the morning. Room was really clean, nothing bad to say about the cleanliness portion of the hotel. The hotel staff were amazing, minded their business but were there to assist with all my questions and needs. Room service doesn't speak a lick of English. I knew the Spanish words of what I needed so I didn't have a problem. Perks of California raised. Absolutely no smoking in the hotel which was perfect for me. I hate the smell. But outside parking lot has several smoking hours with benches. And I smoked my good every morning and night and no one bothered me not once. Overall, if I ever go back to Seattle. I'm sure I'd stay here again. read more

Pros: -Breakfast has a lot of choices (even chicken noodle soup one morning!) -Breakfast area is kept clean and well-stocked -Room was clean enough... nothing outstanding but no complaints -Staff is pleasant without being annoying -Located right next to a Starbucks and 7-Eleven Cons: -The frickin-frackin fire alarm went off EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. The first night, it happened around 9 PM and they got most of the people outside before they announced it was a false alarm. The rest of the time, it happened super late but only went off two or three times before someone shut it down. Still, it's pretty irritating to be jolted out of your REMs by a screaming noise. Also, if a real fire was taking place, there would probably be a lot of casualties because we'd all been ignoring it for the better part of a week. I don't usually do this, but this experience needs to be shared. I booked and paid for my stay through Priceline, expecting a smooth check-in. Instead, when I arrived at Comfort Inn & Suites in Kent, I was hit with a surprise $250 "hold" that was never clearly disclosed during booking. When I questioned it, the front desk associate MAYRA looked at me and said, "maybe you don't read." Let that sink in. I wasn't loud. I wasn't disrespectful. I was tired. I was grieving. I even shared that I had recently lost my child and just needed rest--not conflict. Her tone changed, and she told me she would waive the fee "this time." But after I left and came back, I later found out she left a note for the next shift to collect the deposit anyway. That's not just unprofessional--that's deceptive. This wasn't about the money. It was about how I was treated as a human being in a vulnerable moment. No compassion. No accountability. Just attitude and backtracking. If you're booking here, be aware: - There may be hidden fees not clearly explained - You may not be treated with respect if you question it I will not be returning. Do better. read more

There is very little to take stars away but must in this case as it's a very basic problem. To their credit they did offer to change rooms yet it was in a location I preferred so choose to deal with it. There were no sheets at all on the bed, there was garbage in the bin, no bath towels, NOTHING. On a good note the room was clean. This wasn't a problem with the person who checked me in as the room was supposed to be ready. I had booked about a week ago and front desk clerk said there were no rooms with a queen bed. When asserted i would pay more for a king bed he gave me this unfinished room. Quite unhappy and I normally rate fairly good. read more

I had the pleasure of staying at 2 inns in this area over the last 5 days. Compared to the Red Roof Inn at Sea-Tac, this inn felt much more comfortable. Starting at the basics, the rooms were clean and as described with clean sheets, towels, and an assortment of soaps, conditionerand shampoo. The hotel has a small pool area and work out room and even a laundry room for guests - all in clean and orderly conditions. Actually, all the areas were in clean and good condition. Beyond the basic cleanliness, I felt comfortable because effort was put in to make this space personable. Along the hallway, pictures showing docent aspects of Seattle are hung. Together with the lighting and newly upgraded carpet, the hallway really puts you at ease. If compare that to the Red Roof Inn at the airport, the difference could not be any more stark. Breakfast here goes beyond bagels and orange juice. Here you can get yogurt, waffles, scrambled or boiled eggs, warm meats (sausages or breakfast patties) and hash browns or hot potatoes. There are individually wrapped toast slices with jam. You can also get cereals with an assortment of add-ons - in short, real US continental breakfast. Lastly, I want to mention that the person at the front office was courteous and very nice. From a price-performance perspective, this Inn covers all the right things at the right price in comfort. 4.2 stars which round down to 4. read more

I have been traveling for work for most of the Covid timeline. My recent stay at this Comfort in was a rare treat. Not only was the bed comfortable and the TV had a clear picture but they served Breakfast in the morning and when I got to my room every night after working outside in the cold temperatures I found my room had been cleaned. Stayed here for a night because it's close to the airport. Parking: Although there is a parking lot for this comfort inn, space was limited since it's so packed. Checking in: if you did it through expedia or a third party site, the dates and amount will not show on the invoice correctly. The room: it was $150 for one night on a wednesday. The door was a little finicky to open. The bathroom has no vents when showering as well. Shower curtain does not do it's job .. Shower head does not point in the shower, and even though you move it, it slides back facing outward.... Room also had an overpowering smell. Couldn't put our finger on it, but just ignored it. But hey, at least there was free breakfast. Wasn't the greatest, but at least it was something. Do keep in mind, they give you a "ticket" for breakfast entry. I wish they had somewhere between a 2 and a 3. I'm leaning more toward the 3 because everyone that worked there was kind and professional our room was clean but the bed just about killed my back. Both myself and my husband could barely move the next day because the bed was so FIRM. I honestly think if I stayed here again I'd bring enough linen from home to make a spot on the floor to sleep. My husband ended up switching places with our 10 year old daughter and he slept on the couch. I'm not sure what the "Upgraded or redesigned" but it's an okay hotel as long as you know what to expect at the price level this place is, afterall you get what you pay for!! read more

The room was clean and nice and the bed was comfy, but our fridge did not work and we didn't find out til after our food went bad. They had room service but we ordered bread, it doesn't say there's cheese on it on the menu but when it came it had cheese covering it so we couldn't eat it... as we were leaving a tweaker ran up to us in the parking lot asking if we had cigarettes. It's a decent place. Not a fan of Kent though. read more

Customer service was ok when i checked in i waited probably 5min for somebody conversation to be done then she came and helped me. Rooms are def clean tgats why i gave 2stars plus good bkfast. My stay here was ok until my daughter smelled smoke called front desk and he told me he will find out whose room it is. A few min later the smell got so strong my kids i had to put a towel under my door to block the smell called front office and they saud sorry we can't figure out where it is coming from. So i left the hotel and went to Quality Inn where they take the no smoking rule serious. I wouldn't go back and because i have kids i expect the hotel to be more strict about their rules. read more

We checked in yesterday and are staying another night. The room is nice and it's clean. The bathroom is spacious. The room has two queen beds and the mattresses are so comfortable. Normally I get a backache but didn't this time. I missed the continental breakfast. I blame the mattress. My only complaint would be that breakfast ends at 9:00. I would stay here again. BEWARE! This hotel advertises itself as a Park Sleep Fly hotel with Shuttle Service with the main points of this hotel saying "Shuttle Included" with no restrictions noted. BUT, according to the Manager, I'm not to believe the Main Point information of his advertisement and am to use this as a "learning experience" and should know that I must hunt through the fine print of his ad to see if the Main Points are really true. Evidently, in the fine print it says that the shuttle service is only from 7 am - 10 pm. My "learning experience" is that I will NEVER stay at this hotel or any other Choice Hotel again. What a SHAM! Our flight left at 815 am so a 7 am shuttle was too late. I asked for a refund so I could get a PSF hotel that had a shuttle for all of its customers. The Clerk refused to refund my money saying that I'd missed my cancellation window. Really? How about the hotel not providing the service its advertisement said that it was providing? He refused to let me talk to a supervisor or manager. He also said that this was not the first time this has happened.... hmmmm.... easy money for providing nothing.....over and over again.... I have emailed with the Manager. He is rude and condescending and refuses to give me a refund based on his "policies that provide consequences" for those who don't read to the end of the fine print, which obviously doesn't include doing right by his customers. He could have done the right thing and he would have gained a loyal customer. Instead, he has lost a customer forever. I suggested to him that he not advertise as a PSF Hotel since he does not provide Shuttle Services for early morning travelers, who are the ones who generally use a Park Sleep and Fly service! He scoffed at that and said that people need to read better. I DID read. It clearly said, "SHUTTLE PROVIDED" with no limitations noted in the main information area. Another Choice Hotel took care of us at the last minute and was appalled at how we were treated and stated that a Park Sleep Fly hotel must provide 24 hour Shuttle Service to BE a Park Sleep Fly hotel! I have spoken to Choice Hotel Customer Service. This is an independently owned and operated Choice Hotel Franchise who hides behind their "policies" and refuses to listen to Choice Hotels Corporate who contacted the Manager and asked him to refund my money. Corporate was embarrassed at how their hotel name is being represented, agreeing that his advertising as a Park Sleep Fly hotel and not providing Shuttle Service when the main points of the advertisement clearly stated Shuttle Included, with no qualifiers, is wrong. But he still refused to refund our money. This is fraud and robbery at best. He KNOWS this is a problem on his advertisement with ParkSleepFly.com. Yet he points his finger at ParkSleepFly.com and me as being the problem and continues to take hard earned money from potential customers while knowingly falsely advertising. You know those days where you are bone tired from travel and doing touristy things? Well, this is a great place to lay your weary head. We stay in Comfort Inns a lot. We are part of their loyalty club. In the past few years they have been remodeling them and it's bringing up their level of stay. I can guarantee my room will be clean and I can get a late check out if I need to catch up on a little sleep. The beds are extremely comfortable. The tough part is that if you sleep in you miss the nice breakfast that they offer for free. They have waffles you can make fresh, along with bread for toast, and bagels. There is fruit, cereal, juices, yogurt, coffee, and 2 hot items like omelettes, Bacon, sausage, etc. I always feel safe staying at Comfort Inns and I have always had good experiences. This hotel is a great choice if you need to stay by the airport. You are just minutes away. We stayed at this hotel the night before we left Seattle. I would definitely stay here again. read more

This was a big let down When I first arrived for checkin there was a lot of maintenance going on out front. That wasn't so bad, except the front desk people we're not that friendly. When I got to my room I turned on the air conditioner to be welcomed by a funny smell coming from it. I needed to know the wifi password, so when I picked up my room phone, I noticed it was rattling like someone had beat the handset against the floor. Also the street noise was very loud, and I woke up in the middle of the night. I went to use my computer and could not connect to the wifi. The message on the screen said the wifi was out of service. I called the front desk with the broken phone and asked why the wifi was not working? He told me it would be out for a couple of hours, however it was still out upon my check out. I went downstairs just before brrakfast servicr to get a coffee, and all they had was luke warm or cold coffee available for guests. Finally the shower ran from hot water to cold in a few short minutes making this stay even less memorable. The only reason I didn't give this a one star was because the bed was reasonably comfortable. But I won't return here. read more

He advised me I would have to come down and get them, no problem. Sabastain then told me to bring the dirty ones ( for three people)NOT ,I could not believe it. This place pretty much sucks. Only reason I give two stars is because they give cookies at 5:30pm (about 20 total so if you're not there at 5:30 you're S.O.L.) and half the staff is nice. The breakfast is from 6-9 which is pretty early, and they close it all right at 8:59 no exceptions. It's pretty decent besides the eggs which are basically yellow slop. Our room didn't get cleaned for half of our stay we had to ask the front desk multiple times if we could get new towels. Then they told us we had to bring all of our dirty towels down and switch them out which was kind of annoying. Parking is okay besides the two big trucks with trailers that take up half the lot lol. All in all the price was okay for the room quality, you get what you pay for. Won't be staying here again, rather go across the street to the Ramadan which looked super nice inside. read more

Stayed at this complex in the first week of August for the nhra races. The staff is friendly, plenty of parking and the rooms were really nice. Comfortable and clean beds, cold a/c and the bathroom was surprisingly large. Breakfast was decent. Only downside was I wish the pool facility was outdoors and not inside. This place is not worth your money. It's right next to the freeway so if you're a light sleeper you'll get woken up by the noise of semis going by all through the night. Our view was a lovely motel with crackheads hanging around. Idk if there was some construction workers staying there but they were having a kickback in the parking lot drinking and smoking in front of others... seen this twice in a row two nights (yes unfortunately I stayed 2 nights) and not once did I ever see management say anything. ALSO very rude staff. The lady working the breakfast was very Rude & I didn't feel comfortable eating the food I had gotten from her bc she seemed like she had an attitude. We booked this hotel through Hotwire. It stated that the hotel was located nearby the airport but in actuality it was about 10 miles away (The opposite direction from the city center). It also stated to have airport shuttle service, but when we arrived around 10 pm, we found out that shuttle service hours ended at 10, even though it wasn't stated. The whole shuttle service is a complete joke like others have said. We booked a room for 3 people, at first they gave us a room with only one queen bed. After our stay we found that they charged another person's room onto OUR credit card. We tried to contact the hotel about this issue but they charged us AGaiN instead of giving us a refund. We had an extremely difficult time communicating with the hotel staff. We will never stay here again. read more

I stayed here 5/26-27th & The water in the room was gone i drank it...called if i could get some more water she the front dest young caucasian lady said theres a vending machine so i look for it no water (SOLD) then try the other vending machine on last floor no water (SOLD) on top of that i just start clicking other drinks i get (SOLD) so i go to desk to ask her again she says theres vending machines i say i know & ur vending machines are empty thats a problem this a hotel we cant get another water in the room im paying to stay here u cant give me no water. This was the worst place i have ever seen. The website says it is recently remodeled....that is a bunch of bull. We checked in and the lobby was a mess. The lady waiting on us was eating as she was checking us in. Her attire looked more like she should work in a strip club. We were very tired so decided to try to make a go of it. We got to the room and it was filthy and the tv was about 20 years old. We promptly decided to check out and i really expected trouble or refusal for a refund. She reversed our credit card charge and let us go. That's the only good thing about it. The pictures are deceiving. It is in the middle of Kent and graffiti covers most of the area. Cars are broken down and on blocks. I should have known better since the apartment across the street had gated attended security to get in with ID..... The hotel was ok and clean and breakfast was decent. The shuttle and parking service is a joke. They wouldn't transport us to the airport in time for a 830am flight. So we had to pay out of pocket for a Uber to make it on time because they Said the shuttle didn't run that early. Charged us for extra days of parking and offered a shuttle back. Only when we arrived at SeaTac we waited over an hour for a taxi to pick us up because they couldn't run their shuttle. Up rolls a Prius when we told them over the phone we needed a shuttle for 4 people and 5 suitcases. I'll never stay here again. Much better places to stay for this price and with a shuttle that actually works to take you to and from the airport. The staff was not helpful or kind when we called them or when asked about the shuttle. Obviously this isn't something they specialize in. Thumbs down. I'm so disappointed. And uncomfortable in this Prius where we can't even move. read more

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. It had all the amenities that a suite comes with. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very attentive to my son every time we'd come by the front desk in the afternoon they would offer him cookies. The only downfall to this stay was that they were remodeling the lobby and every morning bright and early they would start with the noise. Overall I would definitely stay here again. read more
