Upon arrival, yes, we were early at 9:45 in the morning for our check-in at 3:00 p.m.. but the gentleman behind the desk lacked enthusiasm and lacked cleanliness with scraggy beard hair all over the place and not speaking up and loud and clear enough mumbling. We were allowed to check in for the $45 fee. We checked in early and my son had been looking forward to going swimming in a swimming pool all week long. We decided to go outside and venture to the swimming pool area and found out there's no water. This is also the week of the week after 4th of July. The pool had been drained it. Plus there's a picture attached that in our bathroom there is not a dangerous amount, but there is black mold on the bottom border of the tiles and the wall behind the door in the bathroom. Which tells me that housekeeping is not using the appropriate chemicals to clean the room and sterilize the room.

Green pool and amateur electrical wiring, two thumbs down. Avoid!!! They also charges us twice.

Avoid this place. It's a filthy scum pit. This business has 2 listings on Yelp. From the graffiti at the check-in desk to the gum/gunk/trash buried in the carpet to the milky white swimming pool this is not the hotel to stay at. While the staff was ok everything else was horrible and not what you would expect at Ramada. This location is privately owned and really should lose the Ramada brand. The pictures posted on most ratings sites by the hotel are of what it looked like years ago. It doesn't look like that now. Some issues: Burt out rubbish next to main entrance (see pictures) Loud noisy party going until almost 1:00 a.m. Dirty, smelly hallways and elevator. Swimming pool a color I have never seen water before. Prostitution in front of hotel (they city has posted a warning sign) Lights/Plumbing/AC doesn't work right. Pillowcases were dirty. Bathroom had mold and spiders growing around the edges. No breakfast - building boarded up with graffiti. Fire inspection tags on equipment from over 2 years ago. They randomly charged my credit card an additional amount 2 days after I left with no explanation. The list goes on. In summary: DON'T dare ask for a refund. DO take a decontamination shower after being in the building.

Roughly 2 weeks ago, I sent an email to Ramada by Wyndam's corporate office informing them of my experience. Not to my surprise, I received multiple very generic response via email as if they don't have an organized customer service department. All of these emails essentially apologize for my experience and said that the franchise owner would reach out. One email in particular said I would hear from the hotel's management team within a week which didn't happen. I replied back exactly a week later letting them know I haven't heard from the management team. It took a few days (I'll even give the benefit of a doubt since it was a holiday week) for corporate to apologize again with another generic response. This time they told me to reach out to the management team which is completely unacceptable. As a frustrated customer, shouldn't your main priority be to rightfully attempt to correct the customer's experience with them doing the least amount of work? I understand that there are some unreasonable customers but this was truly a generic response and if I recall correctly very similar to the original email I received. The failure of a franchises to not follow the instructions of the corporate office shows their care for the brand and customer service. And if the corporate office didn't send the request over, then this shows the corporate office's lack of care for you, the hotel guest. Therefore, I highly urge you to ask yourself, is this an establishment I want to stay at? Update -- 7/11/2019 After several weeks, the general manager reached out to apologize for my experience and offered to compensate me for my lost. While the initial response was delayed, his willingness to better the situation and faster response is appreciated.

We checked in and lobby looked fairly nice. However, once we drove around back it was evident that many people live full-time in this hotel. It was FILTHY. Trash and probable drug activity, people working on cars in lot, pool was green and black with mold like a swamp. Then we open the door to our assigned room, and there are people living there!!! And the SMELL!!!! They assigned an occupied room. Walking in on people like that could have gotten a gun pulled on me. I turned and left. So this is not a hotel, more like slum apartments. Please look at pics and they aren't even of the room bc I had to shut door when I realized there were people in it.

Terrible! Filthy property with green pool, moldy Hot tub and an awful smell. There's trash everywher! This place has not been maintained at all. This is the worst place I have ever stayed and looks nothing like the pictures. No housekeeping, no towels, people hang out in the parking lot late at night, a guy takes apart or works on cars in the parking lot, people live there permanently too. The fire alarm was pulled in the early morning and police was all over. I was worried about our safety the whole time. I would give it a zero if I could.

Cigarettes burns all around around the covers of the bed.

It had everything I wanted. Being a considerably wide individual, I try to always stay at a hotel with a gym. Working out while on vacation allows me to eat more than my fair share of comfort food. The gym here was small, but had some free weights that I could throw around. This hotel also had a pool and jacuzzi, which I really enjoyed. Another great perk of this hotel is the included breakfast. Very nice variety every morning. My favorites are the waffle machines and the oatmeal. Lot of other breakfast essentials too like eggs, meat, potatoes, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. The coffee is actually available most hours of the day in different varieties. Overall fabulous experience staying at this hotel.

The room also has a large TV, an in room safe, microwave, mini fridge and a small coffee station. The bathroom is a standard size and there is plenty of dresser drawers to unpack as well as closet room to hang clothes. There is also an iron. The room is clean and well appointed with outlets and charging ports. The staff are also very friendly and polite. The lobby has coffee and a complimentary breakfast. The website definitely needs to be updated though as there is no restaurant on site. There is a small alcove with packaged snack items on one wall and refrigerated items on the other. This room is about 3 feet wide. You are to take these items to your room to microwave it. There is indeed a breakfast bar though that appears to offer a Continental Plus type of breakfast with cold cereal, a waffle maker and oatmeal. Fruit, juices and coffee is also available. The pictures showing a restaurant are misleading. There isn't one.

Breakfast every morning was great. I'm sure it was added n the hotel fees. Nothing is for free. . Didn't expect anything elaborate but you could definitely get creative with the breakfast selection choices they had. Hotel is quiet night and day. They have 2 gates they close around 10pm and it's only 1 way in the parking lot. I liked that. Also after 9pm you need a key to enter the main entrance of the hotel. All other entrances are closed at that time too I believe. But I wasn't on the end of the building so I didn't care. It Felt very safe for my family. Pool is indoors. 4.5 feet max. Which was great for the little ones. Also hot tub was popping the first few nights on the weekend. I didn't mind a lot of people. Everyone was chilling. However I did come down Sunday night to sit in the hot tub and it was out of order, left Tuesday and it was still down. That's why it's 4.5 star, along with those horrible eggs in the morning. Room was really clean, nothing bad to say about the cleanliness portion of the hotel. The hotel staff were amazing, minded their business but were there to assist with all my questions and needs. Room service doesn't speak a lick of English. I knew the Spanish words of what I needed so I didn't have a problem. Perks of California raised. Absolutely no smoking in the hotel which was perfect for me. I hate the smell. But outside parking lot has several smoking hours with benches. And I smoked my good every morning and night and no one bothered me not once. Overall, if I ever go back to Seattle. I'm sure I'd stay here again.

The first night, it happened around 9 PM and they got most of the people outside before they announced it was a false alarm. The rest of the time, it happened super late but only went off two or three times before someone shut it down. Still, it's pretty irritating to be jolted out of your REMs by a screaming noise. Also, if a real fire was taking place, there would probably be a lot of casualties because we'd all been ignoring it for the better part of a week. Other than the false alarms, it's been a good experience.

Was in the city for a friends wedding over the weekend and searched the nearest location to that for the best price. I didn't like how there wasn't a pool but I did like how there was a 7/11 there for coffee or whatever else I might have forgotten to pack. As the top value in what was apparently a busy weekend for Seattle I pulled the trigger without too much planning or thought. Upon arrival at around midnight I was greeted by a very hard working guy - juggling a steady stream of people arriving and phone calls. He managed and prioritized everything very well. There was some construction going on and he checked the room to make sure it was ready and left the light on for me. Before leaving for my room and I turn around and see a friend I hadn't seen in a couple months. Two like minded individuals I suppose who appreciated a good value. It instantly felt like home. The room was so quiet. One of the main reasons I don't like staying at hotels is because of thin walls and questionable cleanliness. In the room I never heard one person walk past my room or the neighbors beside or on top of me. No noise from the parking lot either. I got a perfect nights rest. How clean was it? Good enough is the answer. This isn't a $400 a night room where everything looks like new with perfectly polished fixtures in the bathroom. Its also a place that is dog friendly - so you might find a piece of fur here or there - I've got that in my own house too, so... Other criticism for the place was a slow drain in the bathroom and a/c filters that were past due for cleaning. I had a small HEPA air purifier in my car from the CA fires that I brought into the room and the drain? Well, my drains are slow too. Feels like home seems to be the promise they deliver on. Other amenities included microwave, stove top, kitchen sink, huge full size fridge and two windows that opened 6" each. If you really want to nest you can apparently do laundry (saw my friend in the hall with that) and cook up a storm. I generally didn't spend much time in the room beside sleeping though. Come with realistic expectations and enjoy the quiet, value and convenient location here.

The customer service was okay. The staff portrayed a more polite/quiet and professional vibe. So not like overly friendly or super amazing. But they are still nice. We were greeted and checked in by a younger looking lady and she also voluntarily let me know about the pending charges so I would not need to worry about any double charges. I have stayed here before on June 11th and so I wasn't concerned about any fraudulent charges as we were only charged once so I don't know why people are saying there are fraudulent charges. (I work in HR customer service so I am VERY aware of pending charges and they always usually disappear once the pending charges post) Room is clean. Beds are comfy for me and my bf (but we r not too picky). Pillows are decent and comfy. Things in the room seem slightly outdated like the lights flicker a bit when they turn on but honestly it's not a big deal for us at all. The water pressure in the shower is not the best but I personally don't mind as it still does what it should as a shower. I don't really have any complaints as everything seems to work as it should. And for the price? This place is very hard to beat. (pictures of the room are after we placed our stuff everywhere and paid in the bed a bit. The bed was actually perfectly made and surfaces were spotless when we originally got in the room) The door sometimes doesn't shut all the way so we would need to push on it a bit to completely shut it and the room keys can be finicky when trying to open the door. So it's only a mild inconvenience but considering everything u get for the price, this inconvenience is not a big deal at all. Internet is slow. But it is consistent and functional. Customer service overall was good. Wouldn't say it was amazing, but nice and professional. Location is pretty nice and quiet. However walls are thin so I wouldn't recommend doing anything too loud unless u want others to hear. Facilities are nice and functional as last time we were here I believe most the facilities were closed including the breakfast. So it's nice to see that it's open again. Complimentary breakfast is from 5am - 9am and they provide a nice variety. (Provided a video of the breakfast provided) Location is a nice quiet remote area. If u walk further down the street there are some sketchy people but I haven't seen any of them come onto the hotel property so the property feels safe for the most part. My significant other asked about an extended stay here but a lady who looked more like in a management position, advised him that unfortunately they only do 3 nights at a time. But when I went to ask, they treated me with way more respect than my significant other. She told me that we can continue to stay as long as we get housekeeping every second/third day. (I understand my bf is rough around the edges but he doesn't mean to come off rude. He just is constantly stressed and sometimes the stress leaks into his actions). Part of me is a little concerned that maybe they are slightly racist or judge on appearances. However, I know my significant other came from a not very wealthy upbringing and he can come off as rude but I genuinely feel like customer service should always be giving the customer the benefit of the doubt with the utmost respect regardless of how rude someone is. (As due to my work, I feel I have a good understanding of excellent customer service) Overall I would highly recommend this place as long as the facilities are open and u don't mind feeling slightly judged . As for the facilities they are very nice and I feel like this hotel is 3-star quality but remains a 2-star due to small things like being out-dated, not having their facilities open during the slow times, and poor customer service. This place would have gotten 5 stars however they lose a star for their poor customer service to my significant other and for not having their facilities open during the slow season. I mean it's understandable as to why they don't have the facilities open during the slow season because they are trying to save money and I completely understand that. But I would have not taken a star off if they were more understanding and weren't rude to my significant other. If things improve, I definitely can see myself staying here in the future and giving them my money.
