Excellent hotel with everything you need! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I've enjoyed staying at Hampton Inns over the years and this one did not disappoint. It had everything I wanted. Being a considerably wide individual, I try to always stay at a hotel with a gym. Working out while on vacation allows me to eat more than my fair share of comfort food. The gym here was small, but had some free weights that I could throw around. This hotel also had a pool and jacuzzi, which I really enjoyed. Another great perk of this hotel is the included breakfast. Very nice variety every morning. My favorites are the waffle machines and the oatmeal. Lot of other breakfast essentials too like eggs, meat, potatoes, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. The coffee is actually available most hours of the day in different varieties. This is a nice hotel. We booked a King Suite and this room is freakin HUGE! There is a very nice King bed with a decent medium firmness. There is also a large pullout sofa bed for two. It also has a very good mattress, no feeling of poles running across your back. Just a nice soft firmness. The room is clean and organized well with a desk acting as a two sided divider for the room between beds. There are two large windows with a nice view of Mount Rainier. The room also has a large TV, an in room safe, microwave, mini fridge and a small coffee station. The bathroom is a standard size and there is plenty of dresser drawers to unpack as well as closet room to hang clothes. There is also an iron. The room is clean and well appointed with outlets and charging ports. The staff are also very friendly and polite. The lobby has coffee and a complimentary breakfast. The website definitely needs to be updated though as there is no restaurant on site. There is a small alcove with packaged snack items on one wall and refrigerated items on the other. This room is about 3 feet wide. You are to take these items to your room to microwave it. There is indeed a breakfast bar though that appears to offer a Continental Plus type of breakfast with cold cereal, a waffle maker and oatmeal. Fruit, juices and coffee is also available. The pictures showing a restaurant are misleading. There isn't one. read more

Nice hotel. Clean. Clean rooms modern updated hotel. It's really perfect as long as you want to pay 221 dollars a night to sleep on brick torture devices. My bed was falling apart and both beds are so hard as to be sto n e slabs barely any give. The beds at embassy suits another Hilton brand are like falling into clouds. These beds are like falling into concrete. It was so bad my roommate moved to sleeping on the floor. No rollaway beds or matress toppers available management says they got rid of them all durring covid. But UNLIKE Embasy Suits and Homewood they never restocked them. read more

It was clean, 20 minutes from Seattle, served it's purpose for a one night stay with family. Our son liked the breakfast. Staff was friendly. I could recommend it- but know online says it has an on-site restaurant- which it doesn't. read more

Hotel review This is going to be long so apologies in advance! First and foremost I want to thank the staff for being so kind when it came to my concerns! Very warm and welcoming people however if we could do it over again we would have booked at a different Hilton option as the first 24hrs we already were running into issues. And at $240 a night for three nights...we feel robbed. We got in very late and we were tired -- our room seemed tidy but opening the windows in the morning on closer inspection it just "looked" tidy. There were long black hairs on the bathroom floor (we all have light hair). Bad dust buildup and hairs and crumbs around our fridge and microwave. And all around the bathroom sink there was dust and grime that I just rubbed my finger across (all in pics). As an Airbnb cleaner myself I understand time crunches and stuff happens. As a multiple year diamond member though I was hoping they could just switch our rooms even if it wasn't an upgrade and we could start fresh considering we had only been in the room for less than 10 hours and we still had a few days left in our stay. Instead we had to schedule a time to be absent from our room so housekeeping could come in and clean it, which with two young children and my husband at work with our vehicle was inconvenient so we were hoping for a simple room switch. There were hardly any people at the hotel the place was dead so we figured it would not be a big deal. The chlorine at the pool and jacuzzi was amazing the first night but the next day so strong that our eyes burned and my kids couldn't stop coughing so unfortunately our favorite part about being at a hotel we could only do for short periods of time. The bubbles that came from the jacuzzi had a brownish green film at the top and grime all over the inside water line (also pictured). At other Hilton's or affiliates we've never had a cleanliness issue, they usually upgrade us when they can for diamond status (we never ask as that's rude) and we are seldom complainers, other people's hair and dust and grime just grosses me out the staff did inform me that just had a crazy busy weekend and things were just so chaotic and I totally get that as a cleaner and pool maintainer myself. I'm sure a lot of what I saw has to do with the fact that I am a cleaner and probably notice things that others don't. The pool continued to be overwhelming with chlorine our whole stay to the point of coughing and eyes burning. Breakfast was....okay. We still enjoyed ourself and it was a seemingly safe place to stay with great places to eat and a kind staff. read more

Great clean room. Good coffee and front desk people. Good breakfast except the lady dropped some stuff on the floor and picked it up and put it out to serve. She and her helper also spent all their time talking and laughing. Unsure what they were saying as I don't speak Spanish but it must have been funny. read more

I give this hotel a 3 star rating due to the fact that the receptionist at the front desk was super rude. I had inquired of getting my bed sheets changed because my son who is disabled accidentally stained them when he was visiting us. He's in school today but he just came for a visit and got them dirty because he's still in pull-ups. She was super rude and hesitated to make request. I don't know what the big deal was. It was an accident and I needed them changed. It shouldn't have been too much of an ask since we paid for the room for 2 nights on top of a 250 dollar hold on our credit card just to stay here. She was also mad that I had taken some bowls and plates from the breakfast area up to my room. I had told her they were for some of the food we were eating upstairs and she kind of scoffed. I don't see how 4 plates and 2 bowls were gonna do much of a damage when y'all make so much money off of us. I haven't stayed at a Hampton Inn in years, and the one I stayed in before was OK. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, and I see from another reviewer that it is fairly new. The room was quite clean and laid out nicely. There isn't much to do at the hotel, or nearby, for that matter, but if you get tired of being in the room you can sit in the breakfast dining area, which is nice enough. This is a fine hotel if you need to be close to the area for business, but for pleasure I would pick a location with more retail nearby. read more

I was here for 2 nights this past week and thought this was a solid hotel. Nice lobby/breakfast area, a pretty large fitness room compared to most other Hamptons. Room was ok, nothing to write home about but it was nice to have a fridge in it compared to the one I was at in Puyallup. Also liked that this was pretty close to Kent Station, offering plenty of dining options, as well as being a short 15 min drive to the airport. read more

This was a great place to stay! This is part of the Hilton rewards program so being a member I got a free room upgrade to a King Suite. Room was beautiful and quiet. Beds were very comfortable but pillows sucked. This I typical for a hotel. Woke up in the middle of the night due to the temperature in the room. Had to adjust the thermostat and that was it. Had a few issues with the first nights sleep but always do in a hotel. First night is always an adjustment. Morning breakfast was adequate also. Had a normal breakfast with oatmeal, cereals, eggs, etc. I will stay here again if in the area. read more

Business trip, 4 of us checked in at 6pm, I asked to be possibly ok the same floor for convenience. we ended up on floor 1,2,3,4. I asked to be at a quiet place because I'm a light sleeper. my room was two door from the elevator, there was a huge fan blowing right out of my door all night long , I slept with the noise level as on an airplane. Yea forgot to mention they operated during construction . my window was taped and sealed by plastic cover from outside . the end of the hallway is wide open . Never had such horrible experience. Don't understand what made the front desk guy wanted to punish me. To be fair, room and bathroom are nice and clean. Breakfast is decent. The one start was given to the front desk clerk and hotel management. read more

Check in was a breeze, especially after 12 hours of driving! My sister and I brought to friends with us so we got two queen beds to share with each other. This hotel has indoor pool that closes at 10pm and the Gym closes at midnight which I think is lame. If I'm gonna pay so much I would at least expect at least one facility to be open after I come back to my hotel room. But I can't blame them, maybe they need to clean the pool area and gym. The only thing I have is that when I went down to the front desk to ask for towels I wasn't sure if was going to be charged for asking for more towels. But overall my experience is great!!! I stay here all the time. It is my preferred hotel when in the area. VERY clean, comfortable beds, nice linens, great staff, very nice bathroom...the only thing I wish it had was transportation from the airport and better food options. There's no room service (food), but I never use it. The morning breakfast that they provide is sufficient (waffles, continental, cereal, etc.). I am a FREQUENT traveler, and consider myself "The Princess and a Pea". I'm definitely a hotel snob, so this meets my standards. I was surprised that this hotel doesn't have a higher rating. If you don't need a concierge or room service, this is the place for you. read more

This location is semi-new, clean, friendly and has plenty of parking. They offer free breakfast in the morning. There is also free coffee and tea when you need it. Every room has a fridge and a microwave. The beds are super comfy. The bathrooms are roomy and well maintained. This location is also close to the airport without the noise. Need to get to Seattle? The freeway is just a few minutes away. Bored? There is a mall down the street with great food and a movie theater. read more

This hotel is on the cheaper side, but it's also not well keeped. Lots of damage to the rooms & they are more dirty then clean. It's a shame but they will not honor Priceline room requests if there is a wrong listing in the description. They will not take care of the costumer. Very unhelpful! read more

If you are a Hilton Honors member, do not expect this hotel to ever give you credit for your stays. When I've stayed at a nearby Doubletree, I have promptly received my credit. With this Hampton, I have always had to go back to Hilton and get the stay added to my account. Since it works easily at other hotels, I have to believe that the problem is with this particular Hampton Inn. Other than that, the prices seems to vary widely. If you decide to stay here, it's a perfectly acceptable Hampton Inn. Typical rooms and breakfast. Just check prices in the area to be sure they are competitive when you need to stay there. And, plan to follow up if you want credit for your stay. read more

My partner and I traveled from Australia and decided to stay here, as we were celebrating NYE in Seattle with a few mates. On our arrival the reception informed us that they had specially gone out and purchased us "American adapters" for all our electronic devices!! For this reason alone, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. The hotel itself is brand new, and extremely tidy. House keeping was amazing- cleaning up after us, and left a note after every service, stating that our bedding was cleaned and changed. The only downside would be that it's pretty far from anything-- but only a 15 minute drive into Seattle itself. Breakfast was average- but complementary so can't complain too much. My family and I stayed here recently and were extremely satisfied. All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The house keepers did a fabulous job changing the linen and adding new toiletries. The decor is relatively new and everything was clean. The breakfast was great. They had alot of variety. Staff in the dining area was nice as well. They even exteneded my check out by an hour. I stayed here for one night for work and it was nice. Guadalupe I believe was her name at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Checking in was super easy. The room itself was a little dark. They were doing some outside remodeling or something so my window had plastic taped over it which was weird but I guess that's what happens when you are making improvements. The continental breakfast was great. I am always happy with a waffle maker! This place appears to be in a business park of some sort so I'm not sure of the sort of people who stay here, but for one or two nights it's pretty good. read more

Nothing upsets me more than overcharging. I usually stay at Hilton but their Seattle summer prices are getting out of hand @ $200 per night. This Hampton Inn is in the Kent area which should lower it's price alone. Add this to the fact that it was 90% empty over the weekend and they still charged over $150 per night. I"ve stayed at Hampton Inns all over the place and typically they are really nice but not here. Super thin cheap bath towels, ceiling painted with a mixture of flat and gloss paint patches. Cheap room...over priced. Breakfast was a joke, 1 person using it. Each day we just walked right out the door without consideration of breakfast. Won't ever stay here again... I expect Hampton Inn to sell this place maybe to Motel 6. read more

First of 4 nights here for daughter's wedding open house. Very easy check-in. Very clean (standard) room. Large bathroom w/high shower head (a must for 6'3"). Microwave and fridge are great. Breakfast was average for a hotel but there was plenty of food to choose from. Indoor pool and spa were nice and clean. Very quiet area (we overlooked the back). BBQ, Deli and other food options literally a 2-minute walk across the street. Only complaint is the WiFi. Receptionist made it sound so easy when giving us our password but still can't get on, makes you jump thru hoops to sign in then kicks you out. No biggie since we have 4G but would have been nice. This is NOT a 5-star hotel...it's a 5-star rating for a nice, standard 3-star...mostly hotel because I would stay here again. read more

The first time I stayed I was not very happy with housekeeping but I gave it another chance. Since then my stays have been good. Great and friendly staff, fast check-in, all request have been honored, fast check out close to good restaurants, free computer and printing, free Wi-Fi and parking, free coffee available all day. short business trip, found this brand new Hampton, great staff very helpful, great internet, they have wire and wireless what a deal, breakfast is more than most hotels, few eatery across the way otherwise you have to drive couple miles, they have almost everything there, fitness room is huge, in door pool, suite shop they called it, it was handy for late snack, great bed, they call you in person for wake up and the 5 minutes reminder what a nice touch, will be back for sure, Glad I found it. read more
