Like a lot of the other reviews mention this place is in need of some serious upgrades. The smell of chlorine is pretty pungent from the moment you walk in, but given we were there for splash harbor it wasn't a big deal. My biggest gripe is that there were weird stains in the bedsheets and pillow cases. There were a ton of people in the splash pad which was kind of surprising with it being February and all. The kids of course had a blast. I chose to stay out of the water, some of the reason due to the fact that I normally don't get in public pools and the rest because the water looked a little questionable they do serve a hot breakfast which is nice. If you don't have kids, the price of a room here could get you a nice one elsewhere.

Super fun for little kids. The pool area was a little bit cold but kids didn't mind at all. They loved the slide and splash pad, the hot tub was great, it was very clean, the staff was all very friendly, towels were available, as well as lots of seating. We will definitely be taking our little ones back to swim again to keep busy during the winter months.

This was a special trip for my son's birthday and was only saved by the arcade room, otherwise this review would be one star. Overall pretty disappointing. The most problematic thing was that the place is absolutely filthy (see pictures). Our kids who should have been distracted by the awesome water slide were asking us why the bottom of the pool was so dirty. And when a 7-year old notices that...well. The splash portion did not work so really all you're getting for the extra money is use of the water slide and some basketball hoops with 2 balls so old and faded it's not funny. When we informed the pool attendant (who seemed like he was on a solid 5-hour break) about the splash pad not working he couldn't be bothered to check it out. There are two hot tubs, both dirty, and when we sat in one and pushed the button the jets worked on average between 30 seconds and two minutes. When we asked the attendant about this he just shrugged and said there was "no way" for them to control the time. I've never even heard of that being a thing anywhere. (Side note: not sure it's safe to have a rusty window A/C unit hanging directly above a hot tub??) He did say the owner would come take a look at the splash pad and we were there for several hours and that never happened, so??? The only thing that made up for it was the pretty nice arcade room. Bigger and more games than I thought there would be and the kids really liked it. So that's something. Hotel breakfast was a fine hotel breakfast, nothing to write home about but not bad.

It was very nice for the kids only things the pool ‍ do get overcrowded at times but overall the kids had fun , small game room but the kids enjoyed it , the breakfast was so -so My opinion

It's a very fun place for a weekend getaway but i have some pointers. We are currently staying Friday February 23rd to Sunday February 25th. We have been here around 5 times. Never has it gotten this bad. We went to the waterpark after we got here and as soon as we got in our eyes started to burn. Now this isn't the first time this has happened. The coughing is uncontrollable! There is far too many chemicals in the pool. Way too much chlorine. Friday kids left coughing. We were talking to another family staying for about the same amount of time as us and they said their kids were coughing. They even said other kids were throwing up. Saturday i was getting out of the water uncontrollably coughing. As a result i threw up. The room was pretty nice. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing which is good. Now none of us were sick before we came. As soon as we swam for a while this happened. We were trying to fall asleep around 12:00am and we heard kids screaming and running around. And at around 6:30 kids were also screaming which woke us up. Hope this can change. - Savannah Smith

Water isn't even clear. Can't see the bottom. I don't know if not enough chemicals or just dirty bodies but we weren't getting in.

The hotel room itself was very comfortable plenty of linen and bathroom necessities. The water park area was absolutely trifling! The water was going from brown to a muddy green. We arrived 4:00 p.m. Friday and decided the water was too dirty to get in thinking that it would recycle overnight and be clean Saturday morning. It was much worse on Saturday and it had white stuff floating on top. Our room window face the water park and at 10:00 p.m. they gather the toys turn the lights out and they don't come in again until it opens up at 8:00 a.m. No kind of cleaning or nothing being done. I went to the desk to ask for a partial refund since I couldn't use the water park and was refused since others "didn't mind the dirt." The water was too nasty for us to get in so we didn't get to take advantage of that and that's pretty much what we came for so unfortunately I can't leave a good review.

This was their breakfast! I know it's COVID however, could've been something better

The water park was nice for the kids. Hotel room was clean. But when I asked for more towels for our room, they were limited. Vending machine wasn't working. Had to ask for a bottles of water from the front desk. The breakfast wasn't "HOT" . I know COVID is still around but stil.... could've done better. Took the kids elsewhere to eat

Traveling back from Tucson Arizona with my 43ft RV fifth Wheel. Was told there was ample parking…read morefor trucks and trailers, however, upon arrival was only able to park the fifth wheel in front of the building as there was random cars in parking lot that did not belong to anyone at this hotel, that blocked me from making my way around the building to exit. Had to back the fifth wheel out of the parking lot onto Hanley Road. @ $140/night, when it was posted on the website for $107/night. Pool area desolate and dirty. Pool was down for reasons unknown other then the manager on duty said that is was an issue with the chlorinator and the PH in the pool hasn't been right in a long time. Hot tub inoperable and coned off with caution tape. Asked for a discount on the room just on the fact the pool and hot tub were not in operation and was told " I will ask the owner and see". Room was not what was shown in the on line pictures. Dust on curtain valances, faucet loose in sink. Bed was like lying on springs only, pillows were very small and offered no support. Worst hotel experience in my life. Bugs on ceiling above bed as well as in the sink, and tub was filthy. Also a random pubic hair and bug on towel in bathroom. Did not even use the shower here as I was absolutely disgusted. Mini fridge in room damp with moisture and not even cool, with zero adjustment for temperature. Freezer completely warm. Hotel staff although polite, sat in lobby all night talking very loudly, could hear in my room down the hall. Manager on duty has no problem joining guests outside for a smoke break. "Hot Breakfast" consisted of pastries, and microwaved frozen sausage patties, eggs, and cereal. Nothing is actually cooked here. Everything was microwaved frozen meals. Looking through past reviews it seems as though this pool and hot tub have had issues dating back to pre covid.

We arrived after 15 hour drive. I booked a double queen over the phone. We checked in drove our car…read morearound and carried all our luggage to 111 which was 1 double bed. I called and went back to desk got keys to 203, carried luggage up, room had a large pice of splintered wood on the floor, upon investigation, broken bed. Called to the front desk, she brought up another room key, I showed her broken bed and used towels and pillows in the room. Went to 221 with all our luggage, door would not open all the way, room was occupied. Walked back down stairs ( no elevator). This time she came upstairs with us, inspected the room and we finally got to relax, it was 1:45 am and we got to the hotel at 12:55. The woman at the front desk said 221 should not have been occupied, she didn't know why the towels were used in 203 or how the bed was broken. She did her best, but the hotel was not a pleasant experience. Also, we had to plug in the fridge and move the cabinet to do so in order to unpack our cooler. One incident we would have laughed off but this hotel is a disaster and the most expensive of our Best Western stays from RI to CO
