She fell and was on the floor for over an hour until my dad managed to get someone to come help. The staff then blamed my father for her falling. Crazy. I found her food tray upside down on her bed (she couldn't feed herself) with the food on the floor. Rather than cleaning up the mess, the staff walked on it grinding it into the carpet. The evening care workers were disinterested, abrupt, and most unfriendly towards mom. When she cried out in pain from their moving her, she was threatened by the staff with restraining devices. My dad and I were quite disappointed that we chose that place for her. I could not in good conscience recommend this for a parent. My father wept daily that he had placed her there. She passed three weeks later. Finally, there is a credit on mom's account, and the staff seems to refuse to receive my calls or relay messages to discuss the matter. Mom had been under home health care workers for the prior 7 months and the care was astonishingly different. At $6,000 dollars per month plus a $1500 dollar fee, it sure is a great money-maker, but a typical big-business system of assembly-line care. If you truly care for your loved one, you will do more research. Try small group house care. Much cheaper and 100% better care.

Twisted wrong and could hardly tie my shoes or get dressed. Hands down this has to be the easiest PT around to work with. Call them directly, they contact your doctor for the referral. Friendly front desk, easy to schedule with, great to work with. One on one, not one PT with 2 or more patients. Had a few weeks scheduled but within a week and a half and doing my "homework" I was "back on track ". I'm a big fan of supporting small businesses as they usually go the extra mile, and Nephew is no exception. I'll continue to come here anytime I need PT!

Our loved one was over medicated, aiides reporting incorrect pain levels to nurses (ie patient requesting Tylenol for headache and nurse tried to give narcotic) adding a PRN narcotic with a scheduled narcotic without asking if patient wanted or needed the extra pain medication, motives questionable. Basic expectations of treating patients and family members with dignity and respect not enforced by management.

Saw two other chiropractors prior and no one could figure out what was wrong with me. Within 15 mins of my first visit Dr.Bailey had figured out what my issue was. She came up with a plan and her plan worked amazing. I sit here three months later able to lift 120lb dumbbells when before I could only hit 85 pound dumbbells due to the pain. Words can't describe how happy I am with the help and guidance I received from dr. Bailey and all the staff who assisted and continue to assist along the way. I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else. I could move an hour away and still would drive here due to the service and success I personally saw from this place.

The ladies from V.A. were dynamic and wonderful from the very first day! My mother-in-law declined with dementia - the Angels moved with her from Independent to assisted living to memory care. Always willing to hold her hand, walk with her, talk with her and just be her friend. She might have known who they were at the very end, but she knew she was loved by them. Instead of listening to my concerns or communicating respectfully, I felt like I was treated as an inconvenience from the beginning. Even more concerning, important information was not accurately communicated to my healthcare providers. When I attempted to clarify the facts and correct the misinformation, I was met with hostility rather than a willingness to resolve the issue. Instead of addressing my concerns or taking responsibility for the communication breakdown, I was dismissed from the practice. Being removed as a patient simply for trying to ensure my medical information was accurate is deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about how patient concerns are handled. Every patient deserves to be treated with respect, to have accurate information communicated to their provider, and to be able to advocate for themselves without fear of retaliation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
