I tried to get him in the grass but he wasn't budging. ultimately it end up on the side walk. when entering the building I waited at the front desk to let the staff know of the incident. while checking my dog in and letting the staff know, Bonnie asked if I wanted to clean it up, I replied I didn't mind I could do that. She pointed to a roll of paper towels . I replied I can't use that it was a little soft she then pointed at some plastic bags... Ok no problem! that would work! I figured I would get him checked in and when they took him back I would gladly clean up his mess. We all know how chaotic a vet waiting room can be. After asking our name and pets name and getting him checked in. Bonnie then said not to worry about it she would get "one of the girls to clean it." I asked repeatedly are you sure I don't mind picking it up? Fast-forward 10 minutes another patient came in. She was trying to let the staff know about the mess on the sidewalk. I smiled and replied I let them know, it was my dog. Sorry about that. I was sitting in the middle part of the waiting room behind the wall, when Amanda (receptionist) made the comment "why do people do that, like come on. why do People let their dog poop right there." After hearing her rude comment about "us people" I peaked around the wall and politely told the staff that it was my dog, and I offered to clean it up. And how I thought that was very unprofessional.

The only negative is they do not keep appointment times. They may put you in a little "care" room, but you end up waiting a ways past your appointment time before someone comes to take care of your pet.

Home pet care and check-in will be a great service to have for me currently with a dog that is sick and I can't take him to daycare anywhere while I am at work due to his sickness. Suzanne came by for a meet and greet at my house to see how everything would go and what things she would need to know. The amount of services that are offered both in the home and at Suzy's are great to have especially in the area around Berville and Armada where there isn't a great selection for this kind of thing. They will help provide services for anything from dogs, to goats, all the way up to horses for home care. If you are needing pet sitting services at home or at their facility, definitely check this place out. I would definitely recommend it! Doggy day care, boarding, home visits, they pretty much do anything you'll need.

I checked in on him texted her while I was on vacation and she told me he was so good and being such a good boy. I do not recommend taking your pets there. I did not have a good experience there at all. When I came back to pick up my puppy he seemed fine. When I took him home he was limping in his hind legs and couldn't walk or run correctly. He also ate 8 CUPS of food total for that day like he hasn't eaten his whole life. He was a bit skinnier than when I dropped him and his ribs were showing a bit. I called Suzy and asked her if anything had happened she said no. I took him to the vet the next day and since I had to take him on a booked day they charged me an emergency fee and walked paying $150 for an X-ray and sedation and painkillers for my puppy. I called Suzy to tell her that I wanted my money back from boarding him and I acquired medical bills. She told me that she will send me a check on that Monday. I waited an entire week and then texted her about the check and she didn't answer me. She then blocked my number and never sent me a check. Do not take your pets to her for ANYTHING. I had a bad experience and will never go back and no animal should have to go through that pain while their owner is away.

Do not go here if your pet starts having health problems. My pet had a lot of little health issues,…read moreand every time I went here, they gave me the runaround. They seem woefully understaffed for the amount of patients they have - they will prioritize your appointment if it seems more urgent, but the care itself was not acceptable. 1st problem I had, my pet was having a behavioral issue where they were tearing out their fur. Getting actual treatment for this was an over a month-long ordeal. They finally prescribed some pills, and gave me some medication that was an extremely high dosage - the pills were large and meant for humans (???). Luckily my pet would not take pills... 2nd incident, without going into details, my pet was diagnosed with something life-threatening but treatable. At first they did the standard treatment, but when that didn't work, they started guessing and blindly prescribing different medication without further testing... after that also didn't work, they decided to finally do some more testing. Never got the results back because the Vet went on vacation. No referrals were made, no phone number from the testing facility was given, just nothing, because they went on vacation... evidently, their whole business just stops when the licensed vet (singular) goes on vacation. My pet's condition then got worse and I had to make the decision to put them to sleep. I'm not necessarily attributing this to malice, but at the very least, they seem very understaffed and overcrowded with patients, to the point of negligence. They don't seem willing to admit when they're out of their depth with a pet's condition, and no efforts were made to refer to another vet, (which, in hindsight, I should've changed vets myself) and it ended up potentially costing my pet's life.
