Brian is great! The first time I went to him was about a week and a half before the LA Marathon. I had trained hard, but my chronic hamstring injury was bothering me again, and I felt like I wasn't going to be able to run the race. When I got to Brian's, he asked me questions and used a 3D program on his iPad to diagnose my problem. He determined that I was instead having piriformis pain. He proceeded to treat the area, surrounding muscles and most of my leg muscles using thorough and helpful stretches and deep massages. When I left there, I felt a million times better, and I was surprised that I felt that I could then certainly run the marathon, which I did without any pain at all. When I went back to Brian for a similar injury, he was again extremely helpful, thorough and very generous with his time. He wanted to be sure that I felt better when I left, and that I was satisfied that he addressed the problem, which I definitely was. Both times he followed up by sending me directions for helpful stretches and strategies to try to prevent future injuries. I can't recommend Brian highly enough. He helped me tremendously. I loved my experience with Brian! I was having intense recurring pain in my piriformis muscle, making it difficult to make it through a whole day without sharp pain in my lower backside. But Brian listened to all of my frustrations with the problem (like REALLY listened), then told me how he planned to help loosen the muscle and what he wanted to try. It was awesome, because he really took his time to show and explain the anatomy behind all of the muscles and ligaments that were affected. The massage itself was terrific! First off, I have to give this guys props for being so flexible with the limited space in my bedroom. Brian first let me get comfortable and adjust the table to my liking. He was very communicative throughout; he made sure I was comfortable at all times, adjusted the amount of pressure when I needed more or less, and helped me understand more about what I can do to keep my core strong and my body healthy. The massage felt more like a physical therapy session for me, which is much more what I was looking for to deal with the muscle pain. A more light-touch massage wouldn't have cut it. I felt a HUGE difference when I woke up the next morning. My super-tight quads were totally refreshed, and my back didn't even squeak in pain the next morning! I definitely recommend Brian to anyone looking to improve a constant pain in their body, who want a little more knowledge on their pain situation, or who just want to feel comfortable and relaxed while they get a massage in their own home! read more

First of all, Brian is really good person dedicated to excellence. He knows the human body better than any masseur or masseuse that I've ever known. He can really find those troublesome spots and work them out with massage, movement and active stretching. I am a triathlete and I work my body, especially my legs, really hard when racing. After my last race my legs were shot, and I had a lot of quad and calf pain. Brian massage was great, he concentrated on my sore and fatigued legs, removing knots and loosening them up that helped with the healing process.
